Almost the whole cast wears contacts, I think except Atul, Sapna and Shashank, which makes their eyes look glassy, hence the sparkle.

Well, from the making of dil mil gaye, it is seen that Shilpa and Karan actualy wear glasses, hence they must wear cintact lens while shooting 😊

What?.....she wears lenses?....gosh!!.....i didn't know that before......lolz.... but i like her eyes the way they r on the screen........she looks really cute......Gosh!! i'm addicted to this girl...... even though shez a newcomer....she looks like a perfectionist...... 😊 shez the best....and so is Anjali....

It's the effect of the contact lenses. They all have regular eyes....only Dr.Keerti has these big, beautiful almond-shaped eyes which look great- with or without lenses.
