Wait what? What did I do???
Oh did they? As I said I didn't read ur whole topic. And yes I'd love something "special" for KaSh, but I think we all know that dupattas are run of the mill necessary for Indian shows. I just hope the whole love story isn't filled with such stuff...and this is the first one yet...other than that, Shilpa's always in Western wear

Come on Shamil,😲😲😲😲 Don't tell me you don't understand the simple things in evergreen romance.🤣🤣 This is something every one knows, duppatta falling means start of nok-jhok and romance in simple bollywood language.😲😲😲😲😲😲 Come to think of it our directors have invented this whole dupatta falls just so that the hero and heroine can have a formal introduction😃😃😃. You see in old bollywood where the girls and guys were still shareef😉😉😉(don't get another meanings okay. It means they were not dating😃😃😃), The only way they could meet or have a formal introduction was with the dupatta laaharake falling on our hero🤣🤣. Now in the age of dating and going out to hangouts I still don't know why the director still chooses this method for formal introduction😲😲. May be recession has made the director choose dupatta instead of costly pubs. 🤣

You know, I wondered the SAME thing, when I saw the KaSh SBS 2 days ago.
And I didn't dare to make a topic, because then KaSh fans would think I'm "unloyal" to KaSh.

Anyway, I didn't get that either. She wears short skirts/dresses, her tops/dresses are usually sleeveless, and she has nothing covering her chest. She wears a salwar kameez, the dupatta flies away, and suddenly she's worried that people are gonna stare at her parts. Even though the day before, she was freely showing them off.
It kinda seemed weird to me, I don't know.

I am NOT criticizing Shilpa Anand here.
I think it's a mistake by the CVs. Their development of characters are horrible.
Characters change colour everyday as if they're all chameleons.

About your duppatta scene analysis, even though I'm a sucker for those kinda romantic scenes, I agree!
That was damn funny, totally harsh, but the TRUTH.
Whether it be ArSh, SR, AR or idk [enter 53944303 other desi couples], they will have a dupatta scene exactly like you mentioned at least ONCE in their love story.

Oh my God, I was thinking the EXACT same thing when I saw that precap. Shaitaani khopris think alike.

I'd like to add to this 'muamma' list the following scenes:

When Ridzi (played by SA) once hit a wall and her lab coat ripped at the shoulder - she got all shy in front of A. I was wondering ... so it was ok to bare your shoulder in front of him when wearing the spaghetti strap kameez, but not if the lab coat has a 1mm slit in it ....

When the ever famous scene of Ridzi (played by JW) teaching the amnesia ridden A takes place in the library, and her dupatta slides off of her neck and he gets all ... affronted, and puts it back in place ... I was wondering - so he got all uncomfortable when it slid OFF OF ONE SHOULDER, and landed on her hand ... but it was ok to see her in a strapless dress and do a jiggy with her on 'salaam namaste' ...

The most famous one - SA and KSG when she was in the black dress, and a RED 'ROBE LIKE' SHEER CHIFFON "covering". So go watch that scene again, and then please tell me one thing - how is it that when she has that SHEER, SLEEVLESS, FRONT OPEN, thingy on her, she's 'all covered', but when it comes off, she's like ... nakey nakey ...

I just don't get it some times ... It's like the REASON they have dupatta's, and the REASOn they're so long is in hopes that they'll get stuck on some guy, and the girl's can act all shy about it ...

I'd like to add that my comment, in NO WAY, is ridiculing any actor, or character, but rather the concept behind this
'modesty', and the mockery that the makers have made of the 'dupatta', and the concept of 'hayaa' ...

oh, also, Armaan seems to be covering her up with his jacket in the SBS segment ... not sure why that is needed, but I hope to God it's not coz her dupatta goes flying off ... in that tight, almost see through shalwar kameez, she's still covering more than the dresses she's wearing at work ...

Again, no offense to SA, or her character - love 'em both.
