Granted Dr. Shilpa doesn't know about ARz lovestory or everything else Armaan has done, but isn't hate a really strong word to be used for someone you dunno that well?
last but not the least, HOW CAN ANYONE WANT ARIANZ TO MOVE ON WHEN ARMAAN CAN'T MOVE ON?? he still cries and thinks about Riddhima.... such mein..uska ishq ussay bahutttt saaray imtihaan lay raha hai.. ðŸ˜
