I've not tried to insult any character or couple here so kindly leave my thread open...
Before I begin I wud like to tell u guys that after reading my post you people wud love to throw stones and tomatoes at me for being so harsh and adamant but I can't help myself from praising and criticising Sid's character and talking about SIDMA.I know I'll get good number of red points for this but I've never even cared for them so go ahead....
This post is a complete character sketch of Sid with a brief analysis of SIDMA's relationship...
Dr. Siddhanth Modi was introduced to us as a person who didn't wish to be doctor and desired to enjoy life.We saw him doing overacting very often which was not required at all.The influence of Armaan in Sid's character can't be ignored by any one of you...
His character began much similar the way of Armaan's.He said that girls followed him and the first accidental meeting with Dr. Tamanna began with a fight too.This was much similar to the beginning of Armaan and Riddhima.They also began their relationship with a fight...We found him as a carefree person and a bit irresponsible too but a girl makes him realise his responsibilites and finally he comes to know what is the duty of a doctor.We got a glimpse of it in the village when he fights for his patient with the head of the village.We then found him falling for Dr. Tamanna and he thought that he loved her but the girl made him realise that it was just a mere attraction.She told him that he was just like a kid who wanted to always achieve the thing he has desired for..
Dr. Tamanna's exit accompanied with Riddhima's entry and we again see them fighting in the worst manner in their first meeting..
As Armaan was not yet back and the first meeting gave us an indication that SIDMA might be paired up, some of you eventually started looking forward for more SIDMA scenes.I was actually surprised to find that many people found it refreshing.It was again the repeation of fights which we have always seen in case of Armaan-Riddhima.Siddhanth and Riddhima both acted immaturely and fought unnecessarily.
Change in Riddhima's character was a good surprise for us because she was now shown as egoistic and much adamant in her views...
The fights and challenges were on full mode when we came across the sweet beautiful little girl Tamanna.Riddhima's insane behaviour made Siddhanth do something which I had least expected from him.
Let me tell u that till this point of time I've loved the character of Siddhanth Modi.As soon as he captured disgraceful snaps of him and Riddhima,my dislikeness towards his character began.I knew that these photos are going to make Riddhima's life hell.Eventhough he intended to just blackmail Riddhima and make her realise the meaning of insulting others,yet those photos ended up by bringing a question on Riddhima's dignity.This happened coz of his careless behaviour.How could he simply leave that file and go away even for a brief time???
A public apology by Siddhanth Modi might have made people think good about Riddhima but the society was never going to forget those photos...
Then came the most heart-throbbing and exciting twist in DMG where Riddhima comes to know the truth about Armaan and here we find a new Sid again who tries to help a father by taking care of his daughter in her attempt to get back her love.
He made an aim to unite Armaan and Riddhima and during that time he himself started developing feelings for Riddhima in the same way he had first felt for Dr. Tamanna.He started liking her.
Riddhima also found a great friend in him and her hatred towards him decreased.When he wanted to make Riddhima a friend ,Riddhima denied his offer and that was the best part on Riddhima's side.I simply loved it.
The ballastic Riddhima,crazy to meet Armaan and Sid becoming her helper to take her to Armaan was shown very beautifullly...But I didn't like Sid getting distracted from his purpose to be there with Riddhima.
The way Siddhanth made Riddhima understand the purpose of Armaan going once again away from her coz Armaan knew that they will not remain happy together was fantastic..He made her to understand the meaning of Armaan's letter but the girl just wanted to meet and talk to her love.She wanted to be with him when he needed her the most.So she tried to look for Armaan once again ...
Till this point,I liked Sid for being helpful to Riddhima as a good friend and disliked him for developing feelings for her....
Now came the decieving point from the creatives of DMG.To bring Siddhanth and Riddhima together they played the most disgusting shot.They made Riddhima's health worse and called it Sid's exam in his attemp to save her life.Such a scene defintely crossed all the moral values....Ironically it was the test of patience of all Armaan-Riddhima fans...
We had never expected cv's to use such an old and hateful concept to frame two people together and start their journey....
Next Sid becomes a great man who told Shashank that he'll marry Riddhima when the Shanky said that 'who will marry a defamed girl?'
Has Sid done something great by marrying Riddhima?He had brought her family's reputation at risk and so if he decided to marry Riddhima it was not doing something coz of his gentle heart.It was the need of the circumstances.Poor Riddhima didn't have any other option to agree coz she could not see her family getting dishonoured in the society.
When she tried to commit suicide ,Sid saved her life once again and made her realise the mistake she was going to commit.
He sid that he wud have never forgiven himself if she would have died coz of him....
Then SIDMA's marriage took place breaking the heart of all AR fans who had stuck to DMG for two years for watching the unison of Armaan and Riddhima and not SIDMA...

Now we come to see another shade of Siddhanth Modi's character...
We found him becoming a cruel husband who insulted his wife infront of others.what was her fault? Only this that she thought better to die than to marry another man and murder the relationship which had given her many happiness.
Becoming Sid so rude was least expected from the character of Siddhanth Modi..Moreover he put all the blame on Riddhima for making him like this.Didn't he know that she loved Armaan? Didn't he promise to be a good friend to her after marriage???All those words vanished as soon as he saw Riddhima trying to take away her life.His character would have gained some respect, if he would have try to understand the circumstances in which this marriage took place and the condition of the girl who had married him for the sake of society... Making things worse he even tried to get physical with her.The excuse which he had was the honeymoon tickets send by shashank which he assumed to be kept by Riddhima.
Then again,sometimes later we find him developing a soft corner for Riddhima during their so called honeymoon when he saw Riddhima trying to make futile attempts for the betterment of their relationship and decrease Sid's hatred towards her.He called Riddhima fake and doing drama without even giving a second thought to her actions and gestures...
He still didn't believe her and they decided to tell the truth to Dr. Shashank soon after going back..They talked about seperation many times....
Riddhima was definitely great by tolerating all the rudeness of her husband coz she had realised that she was going to do commit a sin by taking away her life..

We slowly see SIDMA's relationship taking a U-turn..
Now her emerges another Siddanth modi who tries to take the side of his wife after his mom enters in their life and calls his wife as his friend's wife..When riddhima asked the reason to tell a lie he gave such a simple reason that 'what should he tell mom? Sould he tell that she doesn't love him but some Armaan?'
Riddhima became silent observer and tried to do whatever Sid asked...She wished him to let her meet the girl his mom has chosen for him if he likes that girl..
SIDMA appeared to behave little mature and a little bit ofunderstanding developed in them.Riddhima liked his caring nature while Siddhanth was concerned only in getting the true relationship which a husband-wife had and that consisted of love,understanding,trust and respect for each other.Unfortunately apart from respect from Riddhima's side and mutual understanding the couple lacked the other two basic foundations....He tried to be a typical husband and that was the negative shade of Siddnath's character as he repeatedly refused to believe Riddhima.

Next we saw Sid again backing off from telling his mom the truth for the sake of YUNA's relationship .When he approached Riddhima he finally told her that he has began liking her and this prevented her from leaving the house.But again for Sid's mom she chose to leave the house.
We see SIDMA gaining some more maturity and respect in their relationship...

Now came another change in Sid's character after Armaan's entry.He pretends to be an angel in disguise for Armaan and makes him meet Riddhima.We find a serious Sid who wishes Riddhima to choose her destiny herself without even letting her know what he wants her to do..
The impetuously confused Riddhima is left only with tears as she tries hard to avoid Armaan and wishes to talk to her husband in vain.Her husband just tells her that 'if she wants to say anything to him he is there'.What did he expect Riddhima to say??did he expect her to say that she wanted to be with Armaan ignoring the truth of their marriage?the girl who had married him for the sake of society will never dare again to reak the rules of society by chosing her love over her husband...The two lacked a complete sense of understanding this time...The game of words and feelings was not to be done at all...

Riddhima's so called husband again puts her in trouble by asking her to pretend as Armaan's wife.The beautiful reason given by him was that whatever they are doing is for their beloved ones-YUNA,his mom and Dr. Shashank...
Actually he wanted her to take time in chosing him or Armaan.
Sid thought that Riddhima has the right to chose but it was not Riddhima but he who had the choice to first make riddhima forget all tioes with him for a second and then choose whom she wants in her life.Doesn't he know that the bond of marriage is above all the truths.He tried to hide his marriage ,first from his own parents and then from Armaan with his own selfish reasons...The cause of becoming so genuine was to know whether Riddhima loved Armaan or him.I'm sorry but not everyone like him falls in love again and again...
In the last episode also he behaved like a coward and a silent spectaculator and was ready to see what is going to happen next..
Riddhima was looking at him again and again to speak something and when she looked at the last time and he looked away the girl took the dare herself and managed to reveal the truth.A big applause for Riddhima...
Now Sid has his mom's consolidations and support and he also has wife with him..
What else would he need for????

I'm extremely sorry to the fans of SIDMA and Sid for being soo much rude but truth is always bitter.
It is really hard for me to digest a person with sooo many changing attitudes....
SIDMA might be together but their relationship will never look extra-ordinarily great.I've found them as very good friends who had respect for each other and not more than that...
Riddhima might smile and live happily wid Sid but she can't be completely herself with Sid.I've always found a hesiation in their relationship and this reluctance will remin forever ,no matter how much they come close...
Love happens just once and the second time it is just a compromise that may turn into an attraction.One can fall in love the second time only when he is able to forget the first one and the emptiness in one's life his replaced by the other...
How much hard Riddhima tries, she will never be able to forget Armaan and his love for her.....

SIDMA might be a very good couple for all of you but they can never make a completely perfect couple in my opinion.
All the AR fans and SIDMA fans can comment here but please do not bash upon me.
I've not said anything different from what has happened in DMG so plz try to be genuine in disagreeing to my point of views.
Every one here has the right to share his thoughts so I'm here with a dfferent approach towards SIDMA and Siddhanth modi...
I'm a great fan of Karan Wahi but unfortunately I've started disliking his character as Siddhanth Modi....
So people go ahead to have a healthy discussion here...

By the looks of it your post aint worth my time . Your just too biased and honestly you all sound like a broken record making armaan to be gods gift .
Bottom line is Riddhima does not love Armaan anymore.Yes she went through some stuff with armaan but for riddhima whateva sid has done for her seems more to her then what armaan did for her otherwise she would have gone to armaan when she had countless chances of doing so.

Sid has to be one of most selfless characters i have seen in a long time. CVs has created a gem ,unfortunaly some people are too biased to see that .

Riddhima deserves to be happy and Sid makes her happy. Sid is her world now .

awesome post. exactly it could have been very nice if sid first try to make ridhima fall for him by forgetting arman then he should marry her. this marriage seems very forcefull & i dont understand y cvs got sid-rid married first their relationsp can be shown in very beautiful, nice manner. thats y even i couldnot find any chemistry in their relationshp. that spark was missing.
