I'm not saying she shouldn't have moved on.. no no. But I believe the creatives rushed the relationship of Sid and Riddhima. If it showed for falling for each other after more time; after understanding each other more, it would have been better. I never understood their relationship after marriage. Riddhima forgot Armaan in a second, tried to sati savitri, Sid was rude, yet Riddhima went after him, and then from nowhere they made up and became good friends. All this in a matter of a month - way too rushed. I understand Riddhima wants to move on, but to move on so easily? Like forget Armaan and fall for your husband who's been continuously treating you bad? That's falling way too easily.

I'm glad Riddhima admitted to Naina she doesn't love Sid yet; if she did.. that's just way too fast. I never accept AR falling in love within a month - but at least we got to see their true love after a few months of development. Love is a very strong word, but the DMG creatives are throwing it around like it's nothing. :| I don't know. I can't accept such marriage that's based on force - even minus Armaan.

If the story had no Armaan; like a non-existant character, I would have still been iffy about it. Especially if the story of SR went like it did - falling fast, accepting fast - in real life it's not that easy.

I really wudnt call Sid-Rid'z marriage to be forced ...coz Ridz was given avery fair choice after the poison Fiasco.....when she had the gutts to intake poison she also cud have called-off the marriage....especially when Sid told her tht he'll tell her dad tht he's backing off n he doesnt wanna marry & she can be all mahaan in front of her parents. BUT Ridz was the one who stopped him...... So it was not forced on Ridz in any way......It was ridz decision to get married to Sid....

Hey Buddy,

Your Topic & the Explaination is very nice.
I completely Support your Topic but these Armaan fans have no guts to accept the truth that Armaan is solely responsible for all this.
Sid deserves Riddhima better than anyone in the world.

Also, another thing Armaan and Riddhima were a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship whereas Sid and Riddhima are now in a husband/wife relationship? Marriage is sacred thing and it is not game that you play and toss. Even though, I know I know that that's how Sid and Riddhima played it as they married with society's pressures. But, afterwards with some hassles here and there, they started developing feelings for each other in which they were recently willing to take their relationship to the next level. People are just constantly studying the past, but I say look at the present. What she has right now. Things change and people do change too. If many people think that Sid's behavior was inappropriate with her after marriage then don't even disregard Riddhima's. Her behavior isn't worthy of applauding either. Attempts at suicide, countless spells of fainting, and the ever popular way of getting mad constantly for even little things and always jumping to accusations/attacks at Sid. He's been tolerating her too if she had to tolerate her. I think her behavior was so immature that it would drive any guy nuts. But, in every episode you see that he scolds her for her own good when in reality he cares and loves her in a far deeper sense. Armaan is very expressive about his feelings more than Sid is. In reality, some guys don't really know how to express his feelings to a girl especially if those feelings are very strong but, it doesn't mean that he doesn't love her! Armaan is the confrontation type whereas Sid is the one who takes the backseat.

Riddhima had started to move on with Sid without Armaan. If Armaan hadn't shown up she would've continued her life with Sid. So, basically when she was through a rough time she was with Sid who lifted her out of her bad phase. And now that Armaan is back she should just forget about Sid and all that he has done for her becuz, their time spent together is just garbage and just go back to her life with her former lover who apparently was lost for sometime but, happens to return to her only after he completes his doctor's training and does a few concerts and then finds time to show up and say "I am now here Riddhima." Wow! Selfishness and must be a virtue in today's society? If it wasn't for Sid, she would have died long back and then what would've Armaan done then? He would've come back to see that Riddhima is dead becuz, she went nuts trying to find him.

I think the present of a person's life is more important. Armaan was Riddhima's past and her past circumstances in her life are completely different from how they are now. She needs to focus on her present and understand the circumstances that formed her life and connection with Sid. Past can be something you can learn from but, present is where life resides.

Hotmess,
Well Said! I completely agree with you. I liked how you took it from a reality perspective. Instead of like other people saying its only becuz, its Armaan. You are right their relationship should've been given some more time and the makers rushed it. Good insight.

Topic maker and members , as a fellow member , i request you to ignore all negative and degrading comments. Do not reply them and if they are offensive, report them. That is the only way of saving this thread from becoming a battlefield.

Lightening!

Your post is well thought you and very well-written. I don't need to add anything. All i will say is that Sid-Riddz are a classic love-comes-softly couple who are special because of their characterizations, their journey together , their mutual hurt and healing. I understand that some people don't appreciate them but that is okay. It is all about individual perspective.

For me, SR are a wounded fairytale and the sheer poignancy and subtle sensitivity of their relationship is what moves me.

Love and luck always to you,❤️

GOD bless you
