Is Ali Merchant an angle to the YuNa story?

Guys,

If Ali Merchant's character is being brought in as this hot shot new intern/ doc , he has to serve a purpose to the central story as well alongwith having a story of his own. Mac is his name , right? Sound cool. 😆😉😳.......See, SidNa are already under enough pressure because of a langoor that Umer Bhai wants Tammz to marry and the emotional upheavel on Sid's part and realization process on Tammz' part.....So , in all probability , it seems that Mac would fit as an angle to the YuNa story. Mac is cool and adventurous - a cool match for the livewire Naina and finally the kind of man that Yuvi could be jealous of. Remember how jealous Armaan was when Rahul/ Abhi showed a bent towards Riddzie?... I see a similar situation happening here. Mac and Naina could hit it off well and Yuvi wouldn't know whom to punch first , Naina or Mac or himself!😆

What do you guys think? Where is Mac going to cause a hurricane? YuNa or SidNa?😳

As much as I want Mac to be in YuNa storyline, I would say he is for SidNa

Because tamzz's baba has found a groom for her and I'm guessing it is this??

But then again...the patils are traditional maharashtrians...so perhaps Mac..the suave and cool guy won't be tamz's dulha?

But creatives dun really see eye to eye with reality in the first place..so who knows.

I'm placing my bets with SidNa....even though it saddens me

I thought of SidNa with Mac but like you said , I am also not too convinced about Mac being Umer Bhai's choice for his daughter. He is posh , cool and rugged, so it is unlikely. Let's see,. I don't want Mac n Yuvi picking up fights though.

Mac with Sidna, I don't think so yaar. Mac seems to be ultra cool dude and Umer bhai seems to have allergy to ultra cool dudes. I don't think he is going to agree to Tammana's shaadi with some one like that. I am thinking now that Sidna love story has sunk in with Sid fighting the realization that he may be in love the next love story to be pushed forward is YuNa. Yuvi needs a macho man to woo Naina in front of him to force him to accept his feelings for her. And admit it Jiggy and JP are comic relief and none are actually a threat to Yuvi. So my take is Ali is for Naina.

nits..didnt u notice yuvi toking 2 some1 & rudely telling dat person 2 not call again? wat if its mac? maybe he is related 2 yuvi & all or perhaps a childhood friend/enemy?

well if this happens ...dat is,if he comes in b/w yuna than one of my prediction will b almost true!! bt i didnt think dat they wil bring some1 b/w yuna this soon....

I agree with you . Yuvi takes Naina and her attention for granted and he knows that Jiggy and JP are not even T of THREAT to him as far as Naina is concerned. Mac seems the kind of guy who could woo Naina and the kind of guy Yuvi will not want within 5 miles of Naina. Umer Bhai has Sid on his hands already , ek aur ko apne gale nahiin daalenge.

Hmmm... cool brainwave. Mac could be connected to Yuvi ...that would be an interesting angle but what purpose would it serve?....WAIT A MINUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Devilish thought... what if Yuvi is deliberately getting Mac to help him use Naina in Mission Shashank? Mac befriends Naina and helps Yuvi with the work that Yuvi wants to get done. 😆..... if not that then, Mac may push the YN love story ahead by playing the jealousy angle.

What i think is that maybe mac is yuvis brother...and maybe he is the one tamanas mom was talking about..the one who is coming to marry her or something...

But Lana, it will be rather unrealistic if Umer Bhai chooses somebody like Mac for Tammz. Mac is the same breed as Sid from what i read in the article.....

Still, coming to think of it , it is a possibility.
