Reality hit him like a slap in the face. He started crying. He fell to the floor.
This was it. He had lead her to this. Knowing this, he knew he'd never live again.
Everybody crowded around him, to console him. But nothing they said, nothing they did, was of any help.
He just sat there on the floor, with his face covered with his hands.
Suddenly, someone took him by the shoulders and shook him as hard as they could.
As he looked up, in shock, he noticed an unfamiliar setting.
He was still in Mumbai airport. He had dozed off while waiting for his flight. His face was still wet, because even though it had all been a night mare, he had cried a lot.
He just sat there for the next 10 minutes. He didn't know if he should be glad that it was all a dream or worried because it was actually possible.
Then he reasoned with himself. "Meri Muskaan ithni kamzor nahi hain. Pagal zaroor hain, lekin ithni bhi pagal nahi hai ki koi ulti seedhi harkath karle."
"Flight A19-37 ke passengers check-in counter pe aajaye. We are now boarding Flight A19-37 to US. Passengers, please come to the check-in counter"
Rahul figured it was time to leave, so he grabbed his hand luggage and headed towards the check-in counter.
At the check-in counter, somebody pushed past him in a hurry. Usually he would have been agitated, but this time, he didn't seem to notice.
Half an hour later everybody had boarded the flight and rahul was lucky to have gotten a window-seat; J10.
He was sitting at the seat, looking out the window at all the airport staff loading the baggages. But he didn't care about all this, he was just thinking about Muskaan.
Deep down in his heart, he knew he would probably not end up returning to Mumbai, but there was another part of him that said, "No matter what, I'll come back, for Muskaan, for our love. I can't break her faith like that."
Just then he heard a voice behind him ask an air hostess which one was seat J9. "Oh great!" he sighed "I was hoping to have some quiet time and some space, but so much for that!"
In less than 2 seconds, the person came up next to him and mumbled "Is this J9?"
"Yes" he said, not even bothering to turn.
"Oye! Yeh kya 'yes' 'ves' laga rakha hain"
Rahul turned his head in a split second, in total disbelief.
"Dekh, hamaare vahaan pahaunchne ke baad agar thune yeh tera American style vyle shurooh kar diya na, tho main agli flight pakad ke wapas punjab jaa rahi hoon....aise ghoor kya raha hain, pehli baar dekh raha hain kya?"
Rahul didn't bother replying, he simply jumped out of his seat and took her into his arms. "Muskaan, I love you!"
"Oye! Ullo-ke-patte, main tho jaanti hoon, ab kya poori flight ko bathani hain? Chup chap baith!"
Rahul completely ignored her bellowing. He simply held her in his arms. He never wanted to let go. Not, like she did either ;) She wrapped her arms tightly around him and let out a single tear.

Sorry, I realize it is insanely long. I know everybody worked really hard on the poison parts btw, but i just wanted to satisfy everyone. I didn't want people to have any hard feelings. After all now that Mayank is gone, WWRM and FFs are our only hope, so I wanted all our great writers to be part of it.
Please make it cute from here guys, don't make this a dream, i'm so depressed from the actual DMG as it is.
AND I'M SORRY IF IT SUCKS, YOU GUYS CAN LIKE IGNORE IT, I DON'T USUALLY WRITE, BUT TODAY I WAS REALLY MISSING MAYANK AND R-M!
