dr.keerti tried to rush muskaan to sanjeevani as soon as possible.but there was a huge traffic jam which lost them over half an hour.muskaan's condition was getting more and more critical each moment and what really scared dr.keerti was that muskaan had now started spilling blood from her mouth at an alarming rate......
they reached sanjeevani after half an hour and dr.keerti rushed her to the I.C.U.
all the interns came rushing there,along with dr.shubhankar and dr.shashank.dr.shashank immediately took up the case and went inside the I.C.U.
anjali:yeh....yeh sab kya ho gaya..???mus-muskaan ne....

atul:muskaan aisa karegi....maine kabhi socha hi nahi tha???kya hoga ab uska????
the girls were crying in anxiety now and even atul could not hide his tears.
armaan,however,knew perfectly the reason why muskaan had done this.tears rolled down his eyes.
armaan(to himself):rahul....tune yeh kya kiya.....jaate jaate muskaan ki khushiyan toh le hi gaya...aur ab uski jaan bhi?????
dr.shashank came out of the I.C.U. after sometime.
everyone rushed to him.
dr.shashank:listen guys...i'm trying....
armaan:what do you mean by you're trying sir?
shashank:drs.,muskaan ne aadha bottle zeher pi lia hai,uske upar se,if she was brought a bit earlier to the hospital....main kuch kar sakta.....par its been at least one hour since she's taken the poison....zeher spread hone lagi hai....she can even go to coma...
everyone broke down.muskaan???????coma?????????no one could believe it...
armaan knew exactly what to do.
he went to a corner and dialled rahul's number.
rahul:armaan?
armaan:i'm ashamed to call you my friend rahul.
rahul:armaan?yeh tu kya keh raha hai??
armaan:tujhe koi hak nahi hai kisi ki zindagi ke saath khelne ki.tune muskaan se pyaar ke vaadein kiye,usse kitne sapne dikhayein,aur phir tu usse chodke chala gaya???
rahul:maine jo kuch bhi kiya,uske bhale ke liye-
armaan:bhale ke liye my foot rahul!why don't you understand muskaan tere bina jee nahi sakti!!!!!
rahul:armaan...mere family..mere dad..my dad is dying armaan..
armaan:and so is muskaan.
time stood still.
rahul:abhi kya kaha tune?
armaan:tera letter padhne ke baad muskaan ko laga ki tujhse dor rehne se marr jaana zyaada achha hai.usne aadhi bottle zeher pi liya hai.dr.shashank keh rahe hain ki woh coma mein jaa sakti hai.
rahul's feet suddenly seemed to lose balance.he sat down on the floor,unable to believe his ears.he couldn't even bring himself to cry....he felt numb...he couldn't feel anything..
armaan:ab tu decide kar rahul-tere liye zyaada important kya hai.is muskaan important to you at all?did you ever love her?do you even care?agar tu usse pyaar karta hai,toh uska saath de,please...aur agar nahi karta...toh bol de...and none of us will bother you anymore.lekin ek baat sun le...agar teri wajah se muskaan ko kuch bhi hua na...toh teri khair nahi.
