Hey it definitely seems like it wasn't a real proposal...we know Rahul has real feelings for Muskaan but we don't know about Muskaan yet...I'm sure they are gonna pretend to be a couple and get married in order to keep Muskaan in Sanjeevani.....that way, while pretending, Muskaan will really fall in love with Rahul...that would be so cute!!!
