Shaan bought the Hotel. But the land is owned 50% by Happy and 50% by Kulwant. Their investor is solely Shaan. Shaan is the legitimate investor but he isn't a separate identity. He is 'gaayab' now.😆 If Rocky discloses that he was Shaan, then would he not be asked that how come he got so rich that he bought a huge Hotel building all by himself, that too immediately after escaping Jail. Too complicated!

Ab Shaan Rocky hai sabko pata hai. As much as I could predict Bhatia by now perhaps got an idea who stole his money. He will plan big to take all of it back. I hope they show Rocky confessing everything to his family for a proper justification.
