Maybe because I don't really feel the need for a full fledge romance at this point? Im more interested in watching rocky and happy pick up the pieces of their broken friendship first. There's attraction definitely. But they need to repair their initial bond before they move onto the next step. And what better way to make a bond stronger than conquering all obstacles against? The greater the obstacles, the more meaningful it will be in the end. They have a lot to repair. Three years worth of guilt and anger. It's not gonna go away in a poof.
And I understand happy. Even if she thinks about rv lying to her about going after ranveer, its not really proof. From happy's pov, Ranveer could have called RV and said he was in trouble. Rv did not want to broadcast the issue so he left to help him. That's all happy knows. Should she ask him about it? Yes definitely. But will she? Right now? When the man lost his brother? She wont. Who would think that someone like rv, someone with a spotless reputation, someone who was arranging for smiley to go to Australia, would kill his brother? Happy can't think from the pov of a deranged man. She's afraid of jumping to conclusions the way she did three years ago. This happy is very cautious now. But at the end of the day, she did not answer rv's call. For her rocky takes precedence. He will always take precedence over rv. And this will become clearer as happy is forced to choose eventually. When she will consciously choose rocky, well what stronger bond can there be then? Because when happy chooses rocky despite all obstacles, despite all trials, that'll be when she truly deserves rocky. It's not going to be easy to believe that she had been made a fool of for three years and that she never saw it. It's gonna break her in a lot of ways. You don't have to romantically love the other person for it to break you when they betray you. Trust me, it'll be worth it to see rv finally exposed fully.
I loved how rocky compared the equation between sanya and him to that of rv and happy. But rocky forgets that he saw things with his own eyes before he finally realized what sanya was. Happy has not seen anything to turn her against rv. And now she's gonna be torn between two men. One who she dare not love yet does, the other who is a friend of three years, one who lifted her from a very dark time. This will be an intriguing track for sure.
The scene that stood out the most for me was when rocky lay down on the floor. Poor guy. It was so heart wrenching to watch but I think its symbolic that happy was the one who covered him with a blanket. First his mother. Then him. I think the two scenes have a deeper meaning.
