why is SJ so under rated actress? - Page 2

There is no doubt that Sriti is a beautiful as well as a versatile actress...she was outstanding in Jyoti n RS...all those who have watched her previous shows will agree that DSDD didnt give full justice to her talent...i hope in future she gets a good show which utilizes her talent and increase her popularity as well...

She is one of the most beautiful women i hv seen...she has a vulnerable look tht she cn instantly turn into a strong look..:this makes her a beautiful actress...and her bubbliness contributes!! she jst need a good channel...like as soon as stars like dharshti..:gurmeet:..rati and all others who moved frm star one to other good channels got higher rankings!

This entire post and re-posts just goes to prove my point, she is beautiful, great figure, but sorry cannot act. I can only judge by what I saw in DSDDSB, what she may have done in a past life is of no concern. Most of the time she has this dumb expression, wide eyes, mouth open. Never felt that even Life OK looked upon her as a serious actress.

sriti is an amazing actress..she can act 3 totaly difrent personalitys in 1 time.when she was doing Jyoti as Sudha & Devika in d same time she was also doing SAS as princess suhani. Her dialoug delivery as Sudha nd her dialoug delivery as Sandhya were totaly difrent...here in Sb its only her amazing acting which made people feel jahnvi's pain. Sriti never injoyd her charecter as Jahnvi nathing is about Jahnvi in dis show, nd the other hand Karanvir injoyd Viraj so much..muje isse koi fark nai padta wo kitng populer hai she is alwys b my most fvrt.

Love her !! She is the only reason I watch the show

Why are actors blamed for the way their roles turn out to be? Yes SJ signed a show where her character was suppose to be of a weak girl to begin with but am sure in later part she was suppose to be a strong woman (and by that i don't mean a social work) it was suppose to be a journey of jhanvi's character growth am sure which compelled her to sign this show but sadly they never focused on that.

Raghav and Sia (ever since his entry) were meant to be it was obvious from bg score but even we the die hard fans did not want them married the way it was shown, even we all wanted her character to grow first become strong but obviously CVs never bothered to show even her trauma as a DV victim, nor her character growth, all of it was skipped ... for me her character strength part was to start after she had put Viraj behind bars ... from there she was to grow from a weak girl to a confident one ... marriage was going to happen obviously because she deserved love and happiness but not the way they showed, rushing and skipping through every damn thing. They just kept putting her in one trouble after the other, so that she never gets to be strong, even after v was supposedly punished (which he obviously was never)

I don't see any problem with SJ choosing this role, what they did to it however is what has made her bitter and rightly so.

great to hear so many peoples views here. Sriti is fantastic actress. Like I said she has power to make a person feel her acting. SB was to be so good but cvs decided to ruin it. I truly hope in future she get good roles in good channels like SP, Sony, Zee, or Colors.
