Yes.

Saying that her husband is died is not a smart move from her... Its understandable that she was in a helpless situation at that moment and said that he is dead...

But at least now I want her to initiate the process by filing for divorce... Viraj's signature is not at all required on the papers if she can handle the case properly by giving proper reasons... In case of DV its more easy infact... With this move at least legally she will be separated from him right??

She can do it with the help of Raghav, instead of roaming here and there in singh mansion...

I am highly disappointed with the complications CV's creating in this show...

Only thing that i am understanding from the current circumstances in the show is

MORE COMPLICATIONS = LONG RUNNING SHOW.

What happened to your text? Anyway, I strongly agree w/ your headline.

How the CVs are choosing to go about it is another story.

I think if she proves that she was subjected to inhuman torture , the court jury would annul or cancel the marriage immediately , But if they dont show further twists, more torture , how will the show run for a long long time... 😕

@arunima: yes.. even though its a tight slap on Viraj's face, on the consequences perspective, its not smart move at all... and yes, its not very difficult task for her to take divorce...

They can show RaghaVi peacefully marrying and then show a process of recovery, if they want to go the DV route. I'd prefer that they not make it a saas bahu show. If they want to, they can retain Viraj as an external threat, but keep moving the story. Ideally, at some point, they have to jail Viraj if he continues to stalk Jhanvi.

At some point, once they let go of Viraj, they can bring back the Sharmas as well as the real Sia, and maybe have her & Taashu fighting over the same guy. That sorta thing, thereby splitting Raghav's family, depending on POV. There are quite a few things they could do to keep the show interesting in a post Viraj era. It doesn't have to automatically end the day Viraj is gone.

You know, I feel they are hinting at the viewers that this would be like a film, the villain would create immense Mayhem, he would cross every limit of torture and when he dies , there would be a happy ending . Pure case of lack of imagination.

Vrish, I second you... 😊

They can show many peaceful things to keep the show interesting.. first what they have to do is Punishment for Viraj and Divorce from Sia...And then Raghav-Sia's story... As you said they can retain Viraj as an external threat.

This makes the perfect sense, keeps the story on track and interesting...

@Bold : Absolutely... 😊

Actually I agree here with both of you. Sia should taking action and proceed for divorce and then definitely story can move further with her getting marry with Raghav and start showing other story too.
Repetitive stuff is boring now. CVs should buckle up and start working on story instead of one character. This is the main problem right now
