Also things will turn ugly only if we see someone bashing HC or Raghav in KB AT and we go there and start posting and fighting with them ... if we only hit the report button how will it make things ugly?

Like I said earlier, focus just on your threads. If you see the rules being violated, raise it w/ the admin group for that thread - Sundas or Apz or dkmystery. They'll assess it and make a judgement call, and that will be what stands. If they want to, they can ask us, or they can make a decision. And accept that there may be times they'll override you.

And if you're not a KV/Viraj fan but choose to lurk in their thread anyway, you'll have to report any violations of the overall rules to RLK or Aya or Aliya. As I said in the last mail, they may choose to take action, or they may disagree w/ your assessment altogether. Their decision. If you don't like it, don't go there. But we are not going to tolerate your disrupting what goes on there. And the same goes for HC's thread - we are not going to tolerate that being disrupted either.

If it makes you happy, we may randomly go in there on occasion and see what goes on there, just to ensure that there are no fights going on or anything of that sort. But by & large, the responsibility of ensuring that those threads run smoothly is up to their participants, and our policy will be to trust the thread admins. You are assuming that they are untrustworthy villains salivating @ all this 'power' that has been given to them. We have decided not to make such an assumption going in.

Please don't put your words in our mouth we never used the word villan for anyone ... and why we think they are not trust worthy is because we have a solid reason for it and it is not an "assumption" and even you can't refute that because we have all read what they write about raghav and hc on forum. I know you are mods and you guys give a call but that does not mean if someone happens to disagree they are always seen as wrong or bad people or trouble makers ... because fact is till date we have not violated any rule on the forum and just because we protest over what we don't like does not make us "wrong" automatically

But anyways on this forum i don't expect anything much

its pretty ironic that we r being asked to "report" posts where raghav/hc is bashed to the ppl who have actually bashed them...

this means we r supposed to be solving all our problems within ourselves...

i don't understand wats the problem if we get the right top use the report button where we feel its needed...acting or not acting upon those reported posts is dt's call..it has always been their call...

u guys have appointed mods in the at's...let them make sure the at members do not bash or even mention other characters...

do not expect us...to go and report to them...we have a dt for that purpose...we'll make sure we report to them...

We have delegated that power to them. If you report something to us, fine, but we are going to confirm w/ them that you approached them first b4 approaching us. If not, it's nothing but a willful disregard of the rules.

The way to do it is

Report a violation that you see to one or more of the 3 people assigned to that thread
Let them make their call on whether to agree w/ you, refer it to us or override you
If they override you, then report the post in question

At least, that way, we can assess whether they were being fair or not, and also, whether you are creating trouble. If the fault lies w/ them, we'll deal w/ that in that event. But if the fault lies w/ you, here's what will happen

If you came to us after going to them, no problem
If you came to us going over their heads, problem!

Rules are strict but hope this will bring desired results. No offence it looklike giving children authority to monitor the class and many times it works effectively.

Like i already said my comment was related to rudeness in the comment, locking a thread or not is your discretion and personally i think all my posts in this thread were related to topic based on logic and not offensive remarks or anything so I don't want the thread locked anyways because there is nothing in it i can't argue ,,, as for you guys you always doubt our intentions that is nothing new so if you think i did it to get the thread locked let it be makes no difference to me because what i wrote was nothing but truth and about a comment i felt was very rude!!!

I always try to follow all rules but i am a human and if mods are totally bias once in a while you are forced to cross the line ... chalo good i got my first warning in four years ... i should be proud of myself because its for truth and nothing but the truth

Will try not to bother you in future unless its beyond my patience level
