Note: Still unwell. Continue to bear with me. I'll try to make sense.
Tonight's episode was frigging awesome, in my opinion.
Pros:
1) Raghav and Viraj ka bromance
Honestly. Their chemistry is frigging awesome. It rocks my socks. And that one scene in V's room was the highlight for me in tonight's episode. The dialogues were hilarious and the performances were outstanding and the chemistry blew my mind.
"Raghavji, aap?" Gosh, I hate V, but I frigging loved the way he said that. There wasn't a moment tonight when I felt bad for him. Not when he fell into the pool [I was cracking up, because Viraj Dobriyal was flapping his arms in a pool, screaming "help" -- that in itself is such a ohmigod moment]. Not when he sat with his feet in hot water, looking like a nine-year old with a cold. Not when he was awakened in the morning, rudely, and rubbed his eyes, going: "Raghavji, aap?" I never felt bad for him, but I was definitely entertained.
The best line in the entire scene was when Raghav said: "Zulfein hatha!" OMG, I couldn't stop laughing. Why? Because every time V's hair falls into his face in that infamous way of his, I always think: "Flip your locks!" And so having Raghav say it out loud was just an amazingly hilarious moment. Hands down.
Plus, the way V kept stopping Raghav on his way out -- omigod 🤣
Best ViGhav/RaghRaj scene ever.
2) Raghav-Sia in the outhouse
Hilarious scene. Raghav's anger at V being pampered while no one asked about him. I'd actually started feeling bad for him until Sia came back in and instead of throwing the tea out, he drank it. Then I just cracked up. This, I believe, was epic. He looked scared of her for a second there. It was just too funny. I think that was a nice emphasis of how different Raghav is from V. Raghav, upon getting furious, was about to throw something, but when he saw Sia, his anger diminished and he calmed down completely, drinking the tea and forgetting why he'd been furious in the first place.
Beautiful.
Loved how his angry look didn't frighten Sia, but she coolly responded with a "whatever" kind of attitude and left. Sweet of her to come back though and care some more.
It meant a lot to Raghav. One could see that. Because he feels quite alone and uncared for in the house -- especially with V there.
Huh. Troubles ahead. Something wicked this way comes...
3) Gayatri's "machli" dialogue
As much as I can dislike her attitude, I have to admit that the way she said this dialogue, with so much conviction and distaste -- it was mindblowing. I hated her for it, because it was the most horrible thing to say to your own son. But hands down, the writers have an uncanny knack for bringing about some powerful dialogues.
Especially recently.
4) Komal was asked to take V to his room
Not Sia. Thank God for that piece of logic 😆
5) Krish
Just seeing him there in tonight's episode was delightful in itself. And he looked cute with the trophy held up for Raghav to take. Cute moment.
6) Sunder's phone call
I frigging miss Sunder, man. Raghav-Sunder are like big brother and little brother. I really miss their scenes together in which he'd confront Raghav all the time. Loved him tonight as well. Raghav's dialogue "ek minute..." and then the observations he'd made and that frustrated outburst cracked me up.
Sunder took it pretty well though 😆
Cons:
1) Sia, her concern for V, and her constant roaming to his room
All I wanna say about this now is: She's asking for it.
2) V's I'm-just-looking-for-my-idenity monologues
They're starting to grate on my nerves. I believe that he has memory loss. I don't believe that he's an innocent little kid who just needs his momma. There's no sympathy from my side. All I see is his manipulative nature shining through as per usual. Goes to show that even with a memory loss, some things never change.
Well, that's all, lovelies. Watch the episode if you haven't 😉 It's great.
