If you picked other, please elaborate. In the whole show, Janvi's family is around but not Viraj's. His family is never mentioned and nor did Janvi's parents ask Viraj about his family when they were fixing the alliance (or have I missed something😕. I did watch all the episodes) . All that Janvi's family cared about was Viraj's status in life and nothing else so it does make me wonder, where are they??

I marked "other"...

Because seeing Viraj living alone, and Jhanvi or her family not questioning it... Means only one thing, that world knows Viraj's family to be dead. But since this show has mysterious suspenseful feel to it; am sure there would be some mystery around them. If they are dead, Viraj somehow is involved in it. Or if they are away (missing) Viraj will have some hand in it.

I really don't think that all his family members are dead, because any credible information on Viraj (his past and why is he like that), can only come through some family member of his.

maybe his parents divorced each other at his childhood and then his father raised him up harshly with strict rules.. Then his father maybe dad..his mother still alive
