It is a phase in everyone's life... When one is in their teens they would want someone who is very handsome and perfect... but as life progresses one will realize that looks doesn't matter... it plays no role in one's life as problems which life creates lies somewhere else that we won't be thinking about looks anymore...
I feel no person is ugly... ugly is a very ugly word...
beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder...it is how one perceives it...

Let's really look at this carefully... You will not find a guy who go for the caring, mature and ugly spouse. It's unfortunate that its not a two way street. A girl can always leave looks out of her list and truly love a man for him, its near impossible for a guy to that. Why you may ask? I HAVE NO IDEA. It's funny though, how men look for overall combo of good looking and great personality while most women "settle" for just personality.

this is an excellent topic that has been opened...ad im glad people r responding to the topic as well...
i completely agree with u...
see...everyone won't be as beautiful as soumya or aishwarya rai bachchan in real life...we r normal people with normal complexion and looks...and so i think we should not dream for a prince charming who is tall, handsome, as fair as snow, hot, sexy or whatever...😕
and these things are not necessary for a happy married life...a pretty face and a popular tag won't gain u the happiness, peace, understanding and what and all necessary in a healthy relationship...
well im too young to discuss these coze im just 19 and no relationships too...but yes...like every girl...i have a guy in my dreams...
and that guy is defo not a handsome personality...i know im a normal girl and hence will be looking for a man who is caring, understanding, preotective towards me and loves me for what im...if that man turns to be not very good looking...i'll over look that factor coze he has better qualities than that...😃

Agree With you dear.. I'm 18 years now... Single 😃😃
Love is looking beyond the looks and finding the heart...
When you find a person with love in heart, looks will never matter to you.. Unless you have neither love nor heart...#OUCH

excatly i agree wid u if he has all qualities i dont mind how he looks. beauty is not premanent it will go by ages ones inner beauty is important which does not change...excellent topic😊

I dnt need a Bombas as my partner but i also wouldnt go for an "ugly" person. it should be in between not gorgeous but not ugly either...
but what's beauty and ugliness ? everyone is pretty to someone's eyes we cant define either beauty or ugliness

For me inner beauty and nature of the person is more important than outer beauty. I would nomind an average looking guy if he has a warm heart, is emotional, gives importance to love, care, emotions and knows how to show his love as well.

a person who is amazingly good looking but doesnt respects ur feelings or fail to give u due importance then what's the point of having such "greek god" looks

nobody is UGLY..it's just how you see it. here the main lead is not shown to be ugly but shown to be "not so good looking" because of his skin color and spots on his face. but as we saw he's totally emotional and sentimental from within...

" All that glitters is not gold " 😆 Similarly..there is no assurance that behind a handsome face lies a good and a caring heart.. nope..i don't go by looks..😊.. i would rather have a warm, caring, gentle, understanding guy instead of a hansome arrogant self-centered hunk not capable of looking after me 😊 looks fade after some time..in the end it is the personality that matters 😊 😊.. so an average-looking caring guy for me 😆

I think at first glance/thought I wouldn't be interested in him, but over a period of time and indirect association, if his personality/character completely bowls me over, I think I would definitely go for it 100%.
