Remember when they showed the flashback of Bhavya hearing Gauri's confession, they showed Om had walked away? Didn't the doctor ask Om to find out if Gauri had any allergies to any medication and he said he will ask Gauri and tell the doctor? Maybe Omkaara left and then went back to ask Gauri and heard everything she said to Bhavya? Just a thought in my mind...

i donot think so. gouri is prying the god and she was talking to bavya that was the reason omkara left

Rikara maybe is used more now a days hence kunal selected it that i think.😆 n obviously a fixed combined name for them should be used.sometimes gaurika,sometimes rikara makes chaotic situation.😆

100/ century koyi difference kaya en dono ke beech mai...they like one soul in 2 bodies.😆 like different ways to write but same meaning.😆
