Well, tbh reason is not unjustified, but the extent he is letting his anger take over is.

He is very vulnerable and a lil clueless on how to handle such things and thats upto Sumo to make him realize what he is doing. If you hurt someone, you can still reconcile but when you break someone's heart into a million pieces by denying their place in your life (that too in public), they are obviously not so likely to forgive you easily. Next writeup ka thikaana nai hai..I tend to roam around space after a brilliant story and then come back on earth after centuries to write another one 😆

Tannu - You potrayed, their emotiions well. Saumya's cos she finally confessed her whole journey and wanted to listen something positive, she broke her ice, and told her feelings, though somewhere she knew it may not happen, but she tried nonetheless.

She wanted to convince him, and just broke, when he left, having to live with it.

Meanwhile Rudra, is vulnerable and complex. He is not ready to express or accept.

Very well written, though short but WOW.

I always felt like Saumya is the type to realize and confess, because Rudra is somewhat distant. He plays Casanova only to hide the insecurities he has grown up with in a broken family where his siblings + Dadi are the only people who care about him beyond their own lives. Saumya is a modern, independant, smart and suljhi hui ladki who knows what she wants from life. And tbh at this point in the plot, she knows for sure she might get rejected but she expects atleast some indication that he might think about it. Instead he leaves while she is speaking, there seems to be a glimmer of hope in the middle when he reacts to her but his fear catches up.

It was amazingly beautiful... I m a sucker for open to interpretation endings
I loved how sumo confessed while having an idea that it might not be reciprocated and Rudy's vulnerability that he hides trying to play coolwas so much realistic.. You completely justified their feelings and character
It was just AMAZING

I remember reading one of ur is in KRPKAB forum that was also based on similar kind of theme and I was like finally someone who doesn't write all unicorn and rainbow endings😆...I also went MIA after that🤣
