Whatever I understood is see Om leaves OM and ShivRu and he may be away from them but still his heart will say DilBOleyOberoi ❤️ so the title is apt

I think Om will leave OM and start living in Uttarakhand, where he will introduce himself as Omkara Singh and not Oberoi, but he would be still an Oberoi at heart isiliye "Dil Bole Oberoi" 😆 😕 😕

May b it will b his jouney back to "oberoi".the oberoi in him will die wen he leave OM.in DBO may b he will b seen with out his surname

As many have mentioned above I guess it'll be his journey back to being an Oberoi.. as we all know he will leave OM so he probably won't use that surname else where either
