Also, the realistic part of me agrees with this logic of her accidentally giving him hopes and wanting to close the chapter because that might be the only possible end for them if everything else is going to get messed up due to the same, I showcased that same idea in the OS I wrote too, but now that I think of it, since this is an iTV show, the other part of me is kinda hoping they somehow (idk how) take the route of keeping them united in some way.
