First, I'm not quite sure if u are against MC being cast opp RT or you disagree with the fact that Veer is going to fall for Shera the dakoo??? 😕
Though if former is the case, i.e., you are not much in favour of the RT-MC pair, then I'm with you!! Even I wanted a fresher younger face cast opp RT.

Talking about the latter case(Veer-Shera pair), even if we disregard the fact that Veer is unaware of her dakoo proffession and her motive to kill Dharam....... there still seems no good reason for him to be attaracted to just any Rajkumari Ananya. As per Veer's character, it must be more than 'pretty face' and 'rajkumari' title for Veer to really like her....... In fact it is sheer character inconsistency that he is attracted to an ordinary rajkumari 🤢
But why am I even discussing character inconsistency here...... haven't the Sagars done it before.... I mean look at Dh-Sia, there was no apparent reason for D to fall for Sia at first sight In fact in my friends circle (and my friends circle is really big-spreading across nationalities)I dont know any guy who'd like the company of an empty-head like Sia 🤢 nor is there any gal like Sia(such girls can only be Sagar's lead protagonist-Sanyo, Sia) Shera is better-atleast she is not dumb 😳
According to me even Prithvi(Sagar's version) falling for Sanyo(Sagar's version) was character inconsistency.

In Sagar's world, either the leading ladies have no depth(like Sia, Sanyo) or have a negative depth like Shera. Only mother figures are endowed with some wisdom there(ex-Kamlavati, Roopsundari, Nivriti, Pari, Sakshi)

I know, I mentioned a lot of out of the scope things.... but I guess now we can say that our ques as to why Veer falls for Shera is answered, by the makers themselves......... As per the plot, Veer doesn't know MC is a Dakoo........ so the love story is going to kickstart on a very bland and flavorless note 🤢 like Dh-Sia

i think veer's character is like he is impulsive and he is attracted towards danger, and he saves ananya from a sandstorm in the middle of the night and on his asking she bluntly tells him that she had never asked for his help in the first place - not like the other girls- he had probably assumed like all other air headed girls as he thinks all girls are- ananya will also probably swoon/ or go into hysterics or something like that- but getting a total different reaction made him inquisitive. and he is attracted towards her lack of interest in him when he says he is a honhar rajkumar or to see him in a heroic light for saving her - ofcourse he doesnt know she is the one trying to kill his brother that complication i would love to see
