i just boil the noodles and do veg stir fry adn mix all toghether - mushrooms pepepper beans etc - I made dhall and potatoes on Saturday

today we have bhel puri and pav bhaji.

visha - veg. noodles are awesome. my niece makes them. she does it sunita's way. also add soya sauce, a bit of garlic. my niece uses Mexican Fajita Seasoning Mix which comes in mild, medium or hot
