never thought about the backup file of tridevas dattaatreya's imbolvence, but, i belive this is not the last time tridevis will come togather. there is more to it than one sees. so, mahadev will be replaced by dattaatreya, and mahadev will come to the aid of kartikey tomorrow, ok.

My poor Kartikeya, again he is being set up as the loser. Ugh. Oftentimes I feel that the Kartikeya of DKDM is somebody else - not the son of Shiv+Shakti we know of. 😡

dattatreya is an anshavatara of all tridevas, aur kartikey ke baare mein mat pucho, like all devtaas( excluding narayan) his glories go to mahadev.

3 thoughts running in my head ---

No 1- I cannot stomach that Adi-Shakti should seek Bramhadev's guidance to conquer a problem; no matter how trivial or insurmountable the problem is.

No 2) - Oh, how I wish the makers of DKDM realized that sticking a slick moustache on the face of an ostensibly frail looking teenager wouldn't transform him into a burly, pugnacious, shrewd, fierce yet sagacious God of war, overnight. ( Ok, I'm talking about Kartikeya here).

My anathema for the lousy portrayal of Kartikeya has reached a flash point now.

No 3) - Considering how weak Suhasi has been in portraying the aggressive facet of Adi-Shakti, I've started to dread the day she'll transform herself into Mahakali. I'm trying hard to keep my expectations in check. But I hope that the makers of the show don't ruin whatever little is left of the charisma of the show now that it's nearing its end.

Apart from the aforementioned grouse , I think yesterday's episode was spectacular in terms of Dattatreya's arrival. The moment he appeared on the screen followed by the paean sung by narad muni evoked a deep sense of tranquility .

Well according to Bhagavatam, he was only an incarnation of Vishnu, but if we consider his form with the weapons and faces of the Trimurti, I think it is safe to say that he was a Vishnu Avatar, but had the ansh of the other two also.

You know, while Lohitang is an irritating fool and all that, I really felt like kicking Devkampan out of the earth. He is the real evil here. He pretends to be goody and all nice, but he supports Lohitang's plans on causing destruction, instead of guiding him like a guru. A bad guru destroys a shishya. Devkampan is the worst guru ever.😡🤬

(All these comments are spoken in the knowledge that this story is completely fictional.)

Precap: Well we are at least touching the borderline of the story of Mangal (doing tapasya in Kashi.)

And don't get me started on Muru- I mean, Baalak Kartikey.😡

it was a good epi, exept, lohitaang's 15 minutes long rant(please someone put duct tape on his mouth). mahadev was equaly good today. saurabh was awesome as dattatreya. and someone please remind lohitaang that kartikeya is his older bro.
@surya, i agree with your point.
