I don't think it is fair to compare both actors at all. Mouni was very good with Mohit and I miss their precense on the screen to date and feel very happy when she is shown in flashbacks she had a sizzling chemistry with Mohit .Sona is good as well but it is more of a laidback style with her. It is more on the divine side but I still miss Mouni a lot.

I think both did a good job with their own character, but I feel that Sonarika has more modesty and divinity in her face. Mouni and Mohit may have been more "sizzling" as you said, but their romance scenes lacked divinity. Some of the romantic scenes were downright filmy like we'd see in today's youth-based shows. It didn't quite fit the mythological build. 🤔 Mohit and Sonarika on the other hand actually look like Shiv-Shakti. I find their chemistry very divine and natural.
I think Mouni was good as Sati, but I don't think she'd have been good as Parvathi. She does not have that motherly countenance and affection which Sonarika has as Jagdamba. I love Sonarika's scenes with Sadhil. She is a natural at being an onscreen mother!
