Sourabh Raaj Jain makes a COMEBACK on TV..!

The actor is back on TV in a different role..!

Actor Sourabh Raaj Jain is best remembered for his mythological roles in shows like 'Devon Ke Dev. Mahadev' and 'Mahabharat'.

Since his last appearance on TV as Empror Akbar in the show, 'Hazir Jawab Birbal', Sourabh has been off the screen for quite some time.

In the meantime, he made his debut with a radio show some days ago. However, the moment, several fans have been waiting for has finally arrived..

He is set to be back on TV..

However, not in a role, but Sourabh will be the host in the upcoming show, 'Bhakto Ki Bhakti Mein Shakti' on Life OK. And when it comes to hosting, the actor isn't new to this task..

Sourabh has hosted the episodic show, 'Savdhaan India'.

The promos of the show have already been on-air has raised curiosity levels amongst many..

We contacted Sourabh multiple times, however, he remained unavailable..

Exclusive: Saurabh Raaj Jain is back on TV in a new avatar

Handsome hunk Saurabh Raaj Jain, popularly known as TV's Krishna in shows like Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev and Mahabharat will soon be seen in a new avatar.

The young man who is presently anchoring for radio will don the role of an anchor for TV too.

Yes, he has been roped in as the anchor of the upcoming Life OK show, Bhakton Ki Bhakti Main Shakti.

As reported by us, Jaasvand Entertainment and BKP Productions will be churning faith based stories for the series.

As per a reliable source, "Saurabh has started shooting for his anchor links for the show."

When contacted, Saurabh told us, "The process is on, but I don't want to comment on this for now."

We dropped a text to the channel spokesperson but did not get through to them.

Saurabh as we know was last seen in the role of Akbar in Big Magic's Hazir Jawaab Birbal. Interestingly Saurabh has already anchored the channel's popular crime based show Savdhan India.

Sourabh Raaj Jain: I don't mind playing Lord Krishna again

AFter hosting a segment of 'Savdhaan India', Sourabh Raaj Jain, popular for playing Lord Krishna on television, will now be seen anchoring the faith-based show 'Bhakton Ki Bhakti Main Shakti'.

Says the actor, "I enjoy hosting these shows as it gives you an opportunity to connect with the audience as yourself, and not as a character."

Ask him if he feels that he has been typecast and relegated to doing only mythological shows and he replies, "Fortunately, I have been doing shows in other genres, too. Besides, I don't mind being slotted as Lord Krishna as they have been etched out beautifully in each show. In fact, I don't mind taking up another 'Krishna' role, if it's on par with the ones I have played in the past."
