yes i meditate m but i dont sit cross legged close my eyes and concentrate on a god or anything,
I am meditating right now as i type, my concentration only the letters that i am putting my fingers on, the words that are forming, the sentence that has flowed out.
those few minutes my mind has not wavered from the task , that was meditation.

there are abt 108 methods of meditating.
U have to find the one that suits u the best.

The wave is there but its not there. It is just the sea moving but it looks like an individual thing.
And just like persons, each wave is different and unique. So people also will be. Am I right?

And wil they show the Bhringi story? Reading abt him I don't like him so much. For disrespecting Adishakti and not obeying Mahadev's command to worship Adishakti. Chauvinist.😡

I am hoping they will bhringi, Uttkarsh read and gave a thumbs up, crossing my fingers and hoping to see it on tv

Not trying to hard is the key to success in meditation. allow urself to be free, let go of urself , as if jumping of a cliff , float
all muscles relaxed,

I have been trying for months but failing miserably...I love to sit for meditation and I have become 50% calmer than before.
Thanks.

Today, Mahadev will explain to Jalandhar the wave-particle theory of quantum mechanics, which Jalandhar will take a few kalpas to understand 😆
