YAGNA
All the Devtas, lead by Indradev had started the Maha Yagna. Aromatic herbs, scented sandal wood, medicinal roots was gathered from all over the land. Ghee and Oil was brought in huge quantities.
With the blessings of Brahma Vishnu and Mahadev, the Yagna was in full swing.
Narad Muni presided over the entire event..

Palms folded in supplication, Vedic chantings filled the air, the rhythm seemed to become one with the heart beat of every living being, including the trees, plants and animals,.

Each living creature seemed to be crying out to Shakti.

I just hate it when Indra benefits because of all of this! I mean, maybe the whole sansaar deserves it but Indra never ever deserves Shiv and Shakti's sacrifices. He has no value to any of them. He doesn't ever see how much pain and difficulty it takes for shiv and shakti. He is just one of the selfish ones on earth. I have no clue how he turned out to be the king of gods😕
