question about kartikeye/murugan

Am little confused... because i dont know much about him..i know the story that Kartikeye goes around the world couple of times and Ganesha circumambulates Shiva and Parvati thrice.

REshu, in south we believe him to be the younger one. He does spend time with shiv and parvati.
Accoording to the stories told by my grandma, He goes down south.
PAZYANI to be exact only after he losses to ganesh.
Till then he is in kailash.
He is called Pazyani Aandi or Dandayudapani
He gets angry , gives up everything wears only a loin cloth , has a stick, and stands on the top of Pazyani Mountains.
The story in the south is not regarding supremacy but who is more intelligent?
The mango is the fruit of knowledge here.
Parvati goes and tries to bring him back and makes PANCHAMRUTAM .
A mix of fruits honey and sugar cubes and ghee.
She tells him there is no need for a fruit of knowledge for Murugan since he is KNOWLEDGE HIMSELF

So what's the story in north? Did he spend time with his family according to north stories or he left his parents at an early age just like how it's shown in dkdm?

Made with a mixture of 9 medicinal stones, It is said the sculptor Sage Boghar had to work quickly since the mix set very fast. So he was only able to make the face extremely beautiful and but not the body even though even that is beautiful. But the face of murugan here is divinity itself.

So his absence was only for a period of time..he is really lucky...Does he have children too??😊
