That line was said by Jattarupi Shiv to Sati. There was heavily raining and Sati slipped and fell into Jattas arm. As she opened her eyes she easily recognised Jatta as Shiv from his touch☺️.Then she asked her whether he came for her.And her Lord Shiv answered those words.

these dialogues reminds me of a beautiful song, which perfectly suits this situation.

Meaning is-
How can you sing so well and mesmerisingly O my Lord.I listen it just to stop my breathe and wonder how can you sing so well.The air is full with your music and it passes so gently in the and covers all universe from the earth to the sky.It seems that the wave of your divine music and its note is everywhere. I can't express my feelings by some restrictions.And my heart is crying for this. You completely spell bound me by you music spell.And I can't Break out your spell so I surrender to you.

Iss scene aur iss gaze ko main kaise bhoo lsakti hoon. Rati aur kaamdev devraj indra ke saath Lord Vishnu ke kehne par kailash aate hain, taaki ve kailash ko Shiv aur Sati ke Suhaagraat ke liye☺️saja sake, phir Rati, Sati ko lekar cave main jaati hai aur use pholon se sussajjit kar bahar laati hai, Sati ke is beautiful roop ko dekhkar Shiv (hamare mohitwa) mohit ho jaate hain aur this is the appreciative gaze of Lord Shiva for his most beautiful wife Sati-gaana hai

TUM KITNI KHOOBSOORAT HO,
