Adi Shakti cursing the evil Devas? Oooh, I love this serial

I just loved Adi Shakti bringing up the point I raised on Friday - are the deavas really as stupid as to think that Mahadev & Adi Shakti are incapable of protecting Skanda, even while they themselves are no match for Taki? It was funny seeing Agni flee from Taki every step of the way. I was disappointed that Vayu wasn't a part of it. Of course, in the original story, Mahadev voluntarily gave Agni & Vayu the sparks when they came to remind him of their need for his son, and they, as per his instructions, took him to Ganga, who took him to Sharavana, where he assumed the form of 6 babies, each taken up by the Krittikas who were bathing there.

But what they are planning to show tomorrow - the curse on Ganga - is too much. What will be her curse on Ganga - that Ganga will be polluted in Kalyug? 😈 OTOH, somebody needs to teach Ganga that there are entities called nephews & nieces that are just as dear, but where you respect the parent's first authority. Maybe a better solution would be that the 6 babies each be given to different parents - Parvati gets one, Mahadev another, Agni a third, Ganga a fourth, Sharavana a 5th and the Krittikas a 6th. Also, as Ganga's younger sister, how can Parvati curse her?

But I just loved the anti-Deva Parvati today - who just told those shameless devas to get lost. Mahadev too did a world of good by upbraiding Indra. He should have given Vishnu & Brahma a piece of his mind as well.

One thing about the curse though - it doesn't seem accurate AT ALL. Agni had a son Neela, who along w/ Nala, was one of the makers of the Lanka setu for Rama. Indra had his son Jayanta and daughters Jayanti, and by some accounts, Devasena, as well as Vali & Arjun later. Surya had his 4 sons & 2 daughters, as well. Vayu had Hanuman & Bhima. So how does her curse even make sense?

Anyway, can't wait for tomorrow. Love this vilification of the devas 😆 Like I said, I think Triangular Films is doing this all w/ me in mind 😈

does parvati actually curse ganga..?? dont know.. and does ganga think that it can be her child.. or is it DKDM purana??

Sona was awesome today👏 By the way how can Ganga announce that he will be called "Gangaputra" when she very well knows that its Parvati and Mahadev's. How can Parvati curse Ganga? Is this a part of purana or is it the brainchild of the CV's? I dont get it. And what abt the curse on Mahadev ( referring to the tagline that was aired a few days ago ).

hey guys i think sometimes cvs put anyone in bad light or they may be like this in reality like devtas or menavati and then we curse them with words like stupid devtas and all we should understand they are devtas and should not say like this for them weather they are like this in reality also.

Devas are known to be wicked @ times - I'm talking about the originals as per the Puranas, not just the serial creations. Although it has been argued that the devas of the vedas were very uncontroversial. At any rate, in this story, to be fair to them, the devas did nothing wrong.

Indra sent Agni & Vayu to Mahadev to remind him of their need for his son. Mahadev gave them the 6 sparks, which they then took to Ganga, who took them to Sharavana, where 6 babies were born. The 6 Krittikas found them and took a baby each. Parvati arrived @ the place and as soon as she approached them, the babies merged into one. This one was then claimed by all of them, and Mahadev resolved it by giving him the names Mahasena (for Agni/Vayu's son), Gangeya (for Ganga's son), Sharavan (for Sharavana's son), Kartikeya (for Krittikas' son), Skanda (for Parvati's son) and Guha (for Mahadev's son).

But the way they've shown it, I don't think Agni will have the guts to claim ownership of Kartikeya, and to an extent, i do sympathize w/ him. I doubt that Ganga will want to claim ownership of Kartikeya either, once Parvati's done cursing her. What I wonder - is Parvati going to curse everyone who claims to be a parent of Skanda, and ultimately end up cursing Mahadev as well?

It was an awesome epi...👏 parvati in adishakti avatar was gr8, realy devatas did so must effort to save the child they succeded and so they got reward wow!! dat ws amazing, 😛

btw i never expected parvati mata wud curse dem, bt cursing Ganga WT...??? is der any story behind her cursing ganga...??

The person who played Agnidev did good acting, i liked him...😊

And Sona was just awesome, i liked her adishakti roop. 😃

Curse is Devs wivies will be childless... so Hanuman & Bhima are not from Vayu's wife and Arjun mother is kunti.. and Nala ane neel are not from Devas wife...
same like kartikey and Ganesh not born out of parvatis womb as per curse on her...
This is a show and they have CV.. the mythology is too old and has lots of version... so in reality no one is sure what had actually happened.

@Vrish looks like they made this episode for you!!!and ill admit i loved it too!

I Loved the episode-Sona was very good as Adi Shakti...i loved the way(as Virsh pointed out) she pointed out to the Devtas that they didnt need to protect a child who has Adi Shakti as its mother!...i was so glad that Mahadev thundered down on them as well!

the Devtas specially Indra are kind of insecure and grey shaded and im happy that DKDM showed them that way!

Since they made Parvati cry so much in the past i honestly didnt expect her to get so Angry and Continue to be Angry with the Devtas-she calmed down a bit,but shes still mad at all of them!and looks like everyone who claims parentage to her son is going to get cursed...im just wondering what will she do to the Kritikas!

irrespective of that im happy they showed Parvati at her angriest best,which just makes a part of me hope that she will be as mad or perhaps more angry during the Ganapati incident!-that will be fun😆

in a way she was justified that she cursed all of them-its one of the versions of the story...

but it doesnt make sense because all those Devtas did have children!...and if they show Devasena opposite Skanda that will be one BIG blooper!

I knew one day the relation between Ganga and Parvati would take a nasty turn,only its not about Mahadev but her son😆...Kartikeya is known as Gangaputra as well...but Parvati didnt curse her did she?

looks like Mahadev has to bear the prakop of Ma ki Mamta...😆...

but i liked it because thats the amount of love all mothers do have for thier children na?
