I used to watch ONS when I was little..but not on regular basis. They were so just to the mythos. Although the effects aren't so good, but the stories aren't modified. I still remember the part where Himavan told his daughters to make a statue of anything that came in their mind and Parvati made shivji not knowing who he was. And yes Himavan was happy to see that.
And the part where Parvati danced till here feet bled in order to wake Shivji up.
They were more specific and didn't twist the stories.
