hmm... dont know exactly but i read somewhere Shiva's third eye appears only when he is angry !

yea from what I have heard it opens when he is super angry because when it does open it brings utter destruction with it!

it is during reincarnation of sati as parvati. kamadev is husband of rati prajapathi's daughter (he has 60 daughters including sati😆).

i 2 noticed that there is no third eye nd even the moon (chandrama) on his head...well i think chandrama will be soon seen on mahadev's head ...!!!!
