All the saptrishis are shocked to hear that daksh is planning to invite shiv in the mahamandal. Sati tries to help revathy by stopping chandrama till vasanutsav. After coming to know about daksh's announcement dadhichi tells atri that he would ensure that shiv attends the mahamandal. Shiv is sitting, away from the world in the shamshan area in the midst of several dead bodies. No one has seen him like this ever before. Why is he so sad today?

Daksh does chandrama's abhishek. He gives him all the responsibilities for the preparation for vasanutsav while he is away for the mahamandal. Daksh tells sati and the other sisters to get water from 64 rivers to help him in the yagya. Narad is walking along the forest thinking of a way to get sati and shiv together. Suddenly he sees sati there in search of the water in the jungle. He suddenly gets an idea seeing sati which might bring shiv there. What would that idea be?

Narad gets hold of the rag raginis on his way and makes them hear his song. All of them are shocked to hear him sing which he sings in a cacophonic voice. Sati is filling water in her vessel when she hears narad's song. Everone is hassled hearing his song. Narad calls shiv on rag raginis request. Shiv strums the veena with the first sur. Will sati hear the song?

Narad and rag raginis are mesmerized to hear shiva's song. Sati is transfixed on hearing the song and gets drawn towards it. The whole palace is ready to set off Daksh but he is waiting for sati to come back with the water for his yagya. On the other hand Sati gets attracted towards shiva and in a trance starts walking towards him. How would shiva react on seeing sati?

Everyone is worried and daksh is waiting for sati to come back. Sati returns to daksh's palace and Aditi, khyati get to know about her encounter with shiva. She explains to khyati that shiva did not even look at her. she does not mean anything to him. Aditi handles the situation and manages to hide sati's encounter with shiva from daksh. Atri, dadhichi and kahsyap go to invite shiva for the mahamandal. Everyone is preparing for the utsav. A palki enters daksh's palace. Everyone stops their task ...s seeing the palki. Who is there inside the palki?
