hey frnds, i'm new here

m too enjoying the show

b4 this i liked the
- R. Sagar's Ramayan (Old which had Arun Govil)
- BR Chopra's Mahabharat
& - then the latest one Sagar's Ramayan (wid Gurmeet chouydhary)

lately hooked to this DKD ...Mahadev
its quite telling a softer side of Lord Shiva n in a charming manner 😊

I saw the Sagar's first Ramayan (Not the Uttar Ramayan unfortunately) and BR chopra's MB while it aired the first time during my school days. So they are my favorites. The versions which came later though I saw could somehow never match my expectations . Probably because of childhood memories associated with the show ,the versions that came later pale in comparison my mind. I saw it sporadically though and liked how the Sagar's gave an improved and better produced version.
Same with BRC's MB...Gosh the casting was amazing then..Surendra Pal was awesome as Dronacharya. and Nitish Bharadwaj as Krishna.God none could replace that mischievous Krishna.
During Krishna airtime my mom banned TV at home coz of my boards and sadly never saw once school, college and hostel life took over .
By mistake i chanced upon Ekta's version MB once and it scarred me for ever.😕

@deeps...

mine are the sagar Ramayan plus the luv-kush epi's...and BR MB...
the K-serial MB that was a bummer on the first epi itself...
what was she (belief Anita is the name) screaming...how did they ever called that acting...

@Shali : Luv Kush Epis were the Uttar Ramayan .

Thank goodness they pulled off the Ekta version..🤢 It was horrible..and all the Pandavas used to just stand around catwalking and giving model poses 😆 and Anita Hassnandani was the screechy Draupadi...Don't call it acting ..Her minimal wardrobe was the focus of attention more than the show and script.

well I must say the wardrobe in DKD...is a bit more revealing...
but I like it...
oohhh and after looking at this pic...me thinks Shukracharya wardrobe is inspirit by this one...
you didn't see the Luv kush epi's...yaar I just love them...
