Chapter 9It had been an hour since both Uday and Kabir had left. Manyata was getting ready in her room.
This is what she was wearing:
She was looking gorgeous, as if an angel had descended from heaven. The youngsters came to her room..
Jay: omg jiji, you look sooo hot 😉 who are you planning to kill with your hotness?
Vb: i tell you
M: thank you guys 😳
Un: where are you going looking soo beautiful like this?
Manyata doesnt know what to say. She knows that the youngsters will tease her if she tells them shes going on a date with Uday.
Manyata: I.. umm. I'm going.. um.. to
Jg: ahem ahem whats the scene? why are you stammering. Date pe jaa rhi ho kya gabbar?
Uday walks in.
Uday: nice guess Jagat. She is going on a date that to with me 😃
Vb+J+Un: 🤣 🤣
Jagat: whats soo funny?
Vb: like you dont know. M bhai and Uday on a date? haha funny.
J: at the end of the day, one would be dead.
Un: lol yeah they'll eat achother alive.
Vb: i tell you.
Manyata gets annoyed and out of irritation says:
M: Uday im not going with you. All of you please leave 😡
Jagat: tum log bhi na, you guys are crazy. Lets go.
J, Vb, Un leave along Jagat. Uday moves towards manyata.
U: So you're not going with me?
M: No, everyone is making fun of us. I dont want to go.
U: sochlo princess? Whatever happens next, you'll be responsible 😃
M: really? what will you do?
U: utha k le jayein ge 😉
M: as if you have the guts. Dont even think about something you cant do.
U: dont underestimate me baby.
M: chalo phir, try me.
Uday, in a fractiom of a second gets hold of manyata, he carries her in bridal style and leaves the room. Manyata kicks and hits him but he pays no heed.
M: leave me, you idiot. I dont want to go. Choro humein.
Uday just smirks while the youngsters laugh looking at the scene infront.
In the car:
M: i hate you 😡 how can you bring me here forcefully.
U: will you keep your mouth shut or should i do it my way? 😉
Manyata becomes silent and blushes. But then she gets annoyed again.
M in her mind: Uday is sooo stupid. I took hours to get ready just for him and he didnt even look at me once. He didnt even give me a compliment 😔
she was lost in her thoughts that didnt notice the car had come to a hault. Uday stared at Manyata.
Uday: Manyata
She looked at him, and saw him staring passionately at her
Manyata: yeah Uday?
Uday: you look stunning. I didnt compliment you before as i wanted to do it once we were alone. You look so breathtaking and graceful 😊 you define beauty perfectly sweetheart. Im glad that you're in my life. You hold great importance, and you may never know what you mean to me. I might annoy you, but its just for fun. Im sorry if i've hurt you. But im not sorry for forcefully bringing you here 😆
Manyata felt special with Uday's words. She didnt know what came into her. She leaned in and captured Uday's lips and sucked lightly on them. She thought it was the right thing to do because somewhere deep down she knew that she felt for Uday. Uday was shocked at first but then felt happy and gave in. Manyata went out of breath so broke the kiss. She had her forehead touching Uday's forehead with her eyes closed. Even Uday's eyes were closed. He lived the moment. After sometime, he opened his eyes.
Manyata: Uday, thank you soo much for making me feel so special. No one has ever said such sweet words to me. 😊
Uday smiled and gave a peck on her lips.
Uday: come, lets go 😊
Uday and Manyata both got out of the car. Uday blindfolded Manyata.
M: Uday, what are you doing? I cant see anything. Where are you?
Uday: sshhh princess, no questions. Im right here with you.
He carried her and took her to the backside of his hotel.

Manyata was left awestruck with the scenerio infront. The only thing she was able to say was..
M: beautiful...
Uday: so do you like it?
M: like it? I love it. This is amazing Uday. You've done a great job. Im impressed.
Uday: baby, Yuvraj Udayveer Singh has brought you on a date. Aisi waisi thori honi thi. So shall we princess? He put forward his hand and Manyata placed her hand in his hand. They walked towards the table. Uday pulled out a chair for manyata and gestured her to sit. She smiled at him and sat. Uday went and sat opposite to her. Manyata lookednaround for a while and then looked at Uday. She had a small smile playing on her lips.
M: Uday thank you so much. This is lovely.
Uday: My pleasure princess. Im glad you liked it.
Manyata was staring at Uday.
Uday: what happened princess? Why are you staring at me like this?
Manyata: because soo much changed. I hated you the first time i met you. I thought you have ego issues and are a jerk but you're the sweetest person alive. I've started to trust you alot and im sure you wont break it.
Uday: I'll try not to. I cant promise but i will never do something that hurts you. Lol i do have ego issues but only when im dealing with others not you. You're my princess, my favourite lady 😉 i seem to like you. 😃
Manyata: and i think, mujhe tum bht pasand ane wale ho, or maybe i have started liking you already 😉
Uday and manyata shared a smile. Uday was really happy from the inside. The waiters served food and played a soft romantic tune. Both had their food. Uday then asksled manyata for a dance.
Uday: May i have the honour to dance with this beautiful lady?
Manyata: ofcourse.
They both moved a little far from the table. Uday placed his hands on manyata's waist while she snaked her arms around his neck. They both swayed slowly with the music and drowned in eachothers eyes. After a while uday found himself losing control, he pulled manyata closer and caressed her back. He ran his finger down her arm. Manyata shivered at his touch and moved away. Uday pulled her back again. Her back collidednwith Uday's chest. He kissed her earlobe.
Uday: princess, i've arranged all this for you, dont you think i deserve a proper kiss.
Manyata turned around, facing him.
Manyata: no you dont. I just kissed you in the car so no more.
Uday: 😔 this is not fair.
Manyata: yes it is. Now excuse me. I need to use the washroom.
Uday: ok fine, im leaving you know but dont think you'll always get away with this.
Manyata stuck her tongue out at Uday and walked away. Just then Jagat called.
Uday: hey dude
Jagat: yo, is everything going good between you and manyata?
Uday: thank God, yeah.
Jagat: did you tell her?
Uday: No man. Its not that easy.
Jagat: Uday, do you even realise that shes starting to like you. She trusts you now man. You HAVE to tell her. Think about what i told you before. You guys are alone so do it man. Let her know the truth. If she finds out from someone else or you delay this she'll think you broke her trust and will be very upset.
Uday: I want to tell her but i dont know how manyata will react once finding out about our roka. I dont want to break her trust. She isnt aware that our roka was done when she was 3. She was small at that time. Things have changed now. What if she has someome in her life? What is she rejects me?
Jagat: Uday we'll deal with all this later. She might react but then you know she has started liking you. She will never reject you. She might deny at first but as time passes, she'll accept this fact and she'll accept you.
Uday: You're right but I'm just afraid of losing her. We've just become friends now, this roka news will ruin everything..
Jagat: and if you dont tell her, that'll ruin you relation with her even more.
Uday: if i dont tell her, the others will. Everyone knows about it. Shes the only one who doesnt know.
Jagat: yeah but its better if you tell her.
Uday: i'll tell her soon.
Manyata: Soon? You werent really planning to tell me about our roka anytime soon, right Yuvraj Udayveer Singh?
Uday gets shocked hearing Manyata's voice. He turns around and sees her in tears. Her face was flushed with anger.
Uday: jagat i'll call you back later.
He cuts the call.
Manyata: How could you hide such a big thing from me Uday? Mera roka tumse hua and im the only one who doesnt know. Neither does anyone bother telling me. Wow just amazing 😡
Uday: Manyata let me explain.
Manyata has tears running down her cheeks.
Manyata: just forget it Uday. You were quite till now so theres no point of saying anything anymore.
Uday: Manyata, listen to me.
Manyata: humein kuch nahi sunna. I trusted you Uday. But the truth is that you broke my trust. All this time you just pretended to like me so that i wont create a scene and accept you as my fiance when i find out truth. Whatever you said was just bullshit. I mean nothing to you thats why you hid this from me. You just played with me. 😭
Uday got upset and angry with her talks. He tightly grabbed her arms and pulled her towards himself.
