Manyta was still weak in the evening. Her health had not improved yet. She was having high fever too. Uday was very tensed seeing her in this condition
U: manyta, come let us go and visit a doctor.
M: no, uday, its alright, I mean I had this sort of weakness for the last one week, but its only today thst its become worse. Just don't worry
U: let me get you some hot water
M: maybe a cup of coffee would be nice
U: yes boss (he winks at her)
Uday went to the kitchen. He put the water to boil and started searching for the coffee powder, going through her shelf he found a bottle, and opened the lid to smell it "um, interesting" he emptied the contents into the sink and filled it with something similar. He prepared the coffee and gave it to manyta.
U: here you are, boss!!
M: um, it tastes good, it's better than the coffee jai makes for me
U: so does jai come here daily?
M: yes, she comes here daily, she comes in the morning before going for college, she insists on making coffee for me in the morning. She is not such a good cook too, buts she insists me to eat all what she prepares too, I eat it without complain, she gets angry if I critisises her.
U: um, interesting, he smirked
M:so I should say your first attempt in the kitchen is not bad. The coffee is just to my liking.
U: thanks boss
M: I like when you call me boss.
U: ok, so from now I will call you boss. Or should I call you princess?
Manyta chocked when she heard " princess". Uday used to call her princess. Did she really want him to call her that again?
M: (in a strained tone) call me anything but princess
U: why? I think its very cute to call you princess
M: don't call me that please, it's a personal matter. I don't want to talk about it
U: ok. Uday said showing an action of locking his lips with a lock and throwing the key away
Manyta laughed seeing his antics
M: say something!!!
Uday signaled his mouth was shut
M: enough !!! oh god
Uday just smiled.
M: oh, god!!! I will hit you with something
Uday looked at her pleading as if he was scared at the thought
M: fine I am going for bath now, you better talk when I return back
uday just nodded in a teasing manner.

Uday was reading the newspaper when manyta's mobile beeped. It was a message. He opened it and saw it was from adhiraj
"hey sweety, I love you, missing you loads, see you in tomorrow"
He felt his blood boil. He quickly deleted the message. He could not resist checking her inbox too. There was about 50- 60 messages from adhiraj alone. " adhi, you are really getting on my nerves, save yourself before mr shark finishes you" uday said angrily.
He quickly kept the mobile down, and waited for manyta to come back.

The rest of the evening was normal, uday and manyta watched TV and in the night slept together. Manyta thought in her mind, she was just doing it like a nurse, helping him recover, it was nothing else, it cant be nothing else but then she knew she was lying.
Uday too was having difficulty in sleeping, he was cheating her, and should he tell her the truth? he wondered. Maybe tomorrow. No, it was not correct, after she has opened her mind to do.
He had other plans tomorrow, somethings needed him immediate attention

Jai came as usual in the morning and was preparing her coffee. Manyta was in her room, planning what she would do with uday today, maybe she could go out with him today. She smiled at the thought. She loved this uday, he reminded her of the uday she had loved, before she knew the truth behind him.
She decided to grab some toast from the kitchen . As she entered the kitchen she was shocked beyond her senses. Uday and jai was in a very compromising position. Jai was pinned on to the kitchen wall and uday was in front of her, her hands twisted behind her back
M: jai!! What is this?
Jai looked flushed. Uday however looked angry. Manyta could not stay for long, she left the place feeling disgusted, if she had waited for a moment she would have heard the sound of a knife falling on the ground.

Manyta was disturbed, she did not know why, was i upset seeing the scene before me? But why? I mean, I am engaged to another guy, uday too need a life, no its just because he was romancing my sister, I am just being over protective. Or was it like that? Was it because I don't like to see anyone in his hands other than me? WHAT!!! OH !!! I AM SERIOUSLY GONE MAD. Look, I am going to get married to someone. But why does that thought pain me???? Am I in love with uday?
NO, IT CANT HAPPEN, BUT WHY CANT IT HAPPEN? ALL THIS IS TOO CONFUSING
Her thoughts were broken by jai,
J: jiji , I want to tell you something, you know, I tried… I ….
Uday interrupted her, u: manyta, let me explain, what happened in the kitchen, I went there to get a glass of water, when something went into her eyes, seeing her struggle I just helped her to blow it out, it was when you came, you as usual assumed the worst, isn't it jai?
He added in a menacing voice, his eyes boring into jai with plain anger
J: ya…. Yes… jiji.. it was like that
Manyta was too much involved in her own world that she failed to notice that both of them was hididng something from her.
J: I better get going jiji, see you tomorrow
