Around 6 at the rathord mansion

Everyone was halving there dinner while talking. Brij was telling about his meetings to vijay while they were busy discussing about business... j was keeping pia busy about fashion and also telling about her designed clothes. Manyata was playing around with her food she was worried as it's already 6 and there is no answer from Uday.

After dinner all got up when mrinalini saw shanti walking in with giriraj And family.

Brijraj: u all at this time? Come and sit... everyone sat down. Manyata looked at unnati and she blinked her eyes to say everything is ok

Vasu: the thing is we came here to discuss about the marriage Komal, mrinalini and brijraj looked at each other

Brijraj: what happened is everything ok?

Giriraj: brij Uday told us he wants to delay the wedding and also that Manyata has also decided the same as they want to get to know each other more and they feel its best to know each other before getting married

Manyata gave a thankful look to Uday who didn't smile at her and just looked away.

Brij.: but how comes all of a sudden he said looking at manyata

Mrinalini: brij Manyata had already told me about this. And if both the kids wants this then there is no harm.in a way it's good they will get to know each other more.

Manyata: thank u so Much for agreeing to this as this really means a lot she said looking at the elders

Vasu: it's ok beta we can do this much for our kids she said getting up and cupping her face

Giriraj: now that we have agreed to u both...u both have to agree to us

Uday: about what?

Shanti: since u want to get to know each other y don't u all go on a small trip it's will be a trip for all u youngsters and u and Manyata will get to spend time and know each other

Uday: dadi I have office to go to

Giriraj: office can wait i will be going To the office and there r other staff so u don't worry .

Komal: what day is the trip and when r they going.

Vasu: they can leave after few days ...get things ready for wherever they want to go.

J: great I have few ideas of where we can go to.

Jagat: so let's decide then

Vijay: let's go to the garden then

All the youngster went in the garden while the elders started talking

Pia: so what places have u got

J: well there is shimla, kerla, goa, USA, London she was about to say more when vijay stopped her

Vijay: 'my darling j Baha' we r only going for few days so let's choose places in india only.

J: ok then what places do u think r good

Jagat: goa

Unnati: not bad there r good things over there

Rajveer: and when r we going

Vijay: how about the day after tomorrow as tomorrow is the court hearing he said and then realised j and jagat r also there

J: what court hearing case

Vijay: raj singhania

J: oh yh I hope that jerk gets punished for trying to rape that innocent girl and also trying to do illegal business with u and dad... pia stiffened a bit which Manyata noticed and she squeezed her hand. Both gave each other a small smile

Vasu: kids come we r leaving now

Uday, jagat, rajveer and unnati got up to leave

Pia: u coming tomorrow she said while hugging Uday

Uday: yes. For u I will be there he said giving a smile... rajveer also hugged pia and the others and left. However Manyata and Uday just looked at each and kept their distance

At the Singh mansion all reached home and sat down while vasu told the cook to get the food ready

Shanti: so where have u kids decided to go

Unnati: goa dadi

Vasu: dinner is ready she said bring food and placing it on the table.

Jagat: Bhai how comes u and Manyata bhabii decided to delay the wedding all of a sudden.

Uday: because we wanted time to know each other he said giving a serious look to jagat

Jagat: but y all of a sudden

Rajveer: jagat Manyata and Uday felt their relation is been rushed and its best to know each other before getting married

Shanti: jagat stop your question and start eating. Jagat made a puppy face

Vasu: it's good that we didn't sent invitation cards for the other functions otherwise it would have been difficult to let all the guest know about the cancellation. Shanti and giriraj nodded

Meanwhile in Manyata room after dropping of pia back to her place...she was sitting on her bed looking at the ceiling...tomorrow was going to be the day where raj was going to be punished. But the memories that were In her heart was not going away and that was frustrating her

Manyata: enough Manyata how can u still remember that person...these memories that were blissful memories r only a nightmare for u now nothing more. Things can't be the same anymore and I have accepted the fact

Vijay heard Manyata but didn't disturb her and left the room without meeting her

The next morning Around 10 vijay left saying he is going to the court although brij said he will
Come but vijay somehow stopped him.

Manyata left after few minutes saying she has to go to work and left. She walked to the other side of the road as vijay was waiting for her in the car when she got inside they headed to go to pia house.

After 30 mins they reached to pia house and entered. lalit and pia were sitting in the living room and saw them

Lalit: did anyone doubt at home

Vijay: nope dad knows I was going to the court and Manyata left saying she had to meet one of her friends .

Manyata: u ok

Pia: yh just a little nervous

Vijay: don't worry pia nothing will happen raj will get punished and the inspector told us that there will be no media so your name wouldn't come out.

Lalit: let's go. Our lawyer would already be there. All nodded and left to go the court
Outside the court Uday rajveer and unnati were waiting for the other to come

Unnati: they r here she said seen Manyata, pia vijay and lalit walking towards them.

Vijay and lalit were talking while pia and Manyata were busy in their own world. Pia was remembering that cruel day that changed her life forever. While Manyata remembered all the incidents that happened after that day and how raj tried to act all Innocent showing fake concerns for pia.

Rajveer: u both ok

Pia: yh she said coming back to reality and looked at manyata who looked at her this time both didn't smile but looked at each other painfully. Pia lawyer came and took pia and lalit along for some formalities

Vijay: let's go in he said to the others.

Inside rajveer Uday and vijay were sitting together while unnati and Manyata were sitting in the other bench next to them soon pia and lalit came and sat down next to them

Both the lawyers came. Pia lawyer sat on the other side while raj lawyer on the other side.

Soon raj was bought in while coming in he looked at pia with hatred in his eyes. And then his eyes moved to Manyata he gave an evil smile which made Manyata nervous but she put up a brave face and looked away.

Judge: so this case is regarding mr raj Singhania trying to rape Miss pia Sharma and also trying to do illegal business on his friends name he said reading the paper and looking at both the lawyers. Rajs eyes never left Manyata face. Manyata was not looking at him but she could feel his gaze on her which kind of scared her for the first time in her life

Pia lawyer: your honour I would like to call up my client pia sharma. Judge nodded and pia came up.

Pia lawyer: miss pia sharma. I would like u to tell the court on what actually happened that day. Pia took a deep breath and close her eyes and started narrating everything once she was done she told was told to sit down.

Judge: mr singhania anything u would like to say in your self-defence. Raj looked at the judge.

Raj: no your honour. Everyone was shocked as they thought raj will deny all the fact and will try to prove that he is been framed..

Judge; so u admit that whatever miss pia Sharma said is all true.

Raj; yes. He said calmly. Vijay Manyata , lalit, Pia . Unnati, rajveer and Uday were confused to see someone so calm and admitting all the crimes he did without defending himself.

Judge: mr Ahuja . Do u want to say anything for your client?

mr Ahuja(raj lawer) what can I say sir if my client has admitted everything I cant do anything

Judge: ok then since mr raj singhania has accepted all the accusation pointed at him the courts gives him a life imprisonment.

Despite been happy Manyata was scared she didn't know raj would accept all this easily. Lost in her thoughts she didn't realise raj coming towards her. All of a sudden she heard him speak.

Raj: don't worry baby I won't leave u. u will have to wait for a little while for me He said giving an evil smile the police officer was standing a bit far so they didn't hear... but everyone else heard him raj was about to touch Manyata cheeks and before she was able to move back she was surprised to see Uday standing in between them holding raj hand

Uday: if you think u can touch my fiance and we all will keep quite then u r mistaken. And don't worry we all r here with Manyata u can go and rot in jail for the rest of your life he said gritting his teeth while talking. Manyata who was behind Uday had tears in her eye she was looking at Udays with a Smile: raj looked at Uday angrily while Uday had this dangerous look

Vijay: leave it Uday he has probably lost it let's go from her now he said holding Manyata hand and other hand around pia shoulder walking out the court. But they stopped when they heard a loud smack on someone face all turned around to see lalit looking angrily at raj who had one hand on his cheeks as lalit slapped him.

Lalit: this slap is really less for trying to ruin both of my daughter life

Rajveer: uncle leave him y get your hand dirty by slapping a person like him come on let's go .. he said taking lalit with him...

police were taking raj and while walking out the court he turned around to look at his lawyer who nodded at him and left the place to make a call.

Outside the court

Lalit: now the person who ruined your boths life is getting punished he said looking at manyata and pia

Pia and Manyata looked at each other... pia couldn't control it any longer and hugged Manyata tightly both crying. Silently while everyone looked on
