CHAPTER 3
There dinner was cleared early and uday was dressed all in his tuxedo for the promised meeting with manyata . he wanted to take her out he wanted her to relax her mind so that without any fear of her life she could tell him even the minor details about the case actually this is what he said to akash but the real reason was his heart dwelled for her ,he wanted to see her beutiful face again and was not ready to wait even for one more minute.he was very punctual to his appointment and as the clock struck 9 he showed up ,bridgraaj was happy as he always felt his daughter was safe when uday was around and same did manyata feel because compared to last night she seemed much more happier and delighted but there was a slightest fear and did not come out of her room
BRIDGRAAJ:sir you here is there any new thing you discovered?
UDAY:no doctor but i do have a plan
BRIDGRAAJ:what plan?
UDAY:i want to take manyata out and observe the attacker 's behavior so if i have your permission
BRIDGRAAJ:: but sir its too late in the evening and manyata is not even agreeing to come out of her room how will you manage to take her to out?
UDAY: i will can i meet her doctor?
BRIDGRAAJ: fine she is in her room
he made his way to her room an unknown spark ran through him as he opened the door ,she was sleeping like an angle in the bed with the blanket covering her body uday went and sat next to her ,admired her for quite a long time ,and finally touched her soft arm shaking it slightly ,after some time she got up and rubbed her eyes as he smiled at her
UDAY:so you finally got up sleeping beauty
MANYATA:yes hmm just guess over slept but sir you here
UDAY: again sir ok leave that get ready we are going
MANYATA:but where?
UDAY:out i am taking you out today like a date
tears started to swell up in her eyes as she started to sob
MANYATA;no sir i don't want to go any where please please please
she started to cry so bitterly he had no other option but to take her in his arms ,he wipped her tears
UDAY:trust me nothing will happen to you i won't let go through that again ok
MANYATA: you promise me nothing of that sort will happen do you sir?
UDAY:i do promise you to keep you safe forever but on one condition
MANYATA: what?
UDAY:you see i am the heart throb of the country so i cannot take such a clumsy girl come on date get ride of this salwar types wear something good a off shoulder for sure
MANYATA:give me a moment i will just wear change
UDAY:sure
he went outside the room and waited for her while after half an hour she came out in a black off shoulder grown he held her by hands and took her to his car ,he was a perfect gentleman ,he drove her to an ice cream parlour and they were having ice cream inside the car as he started up with the adventure
UDAY:so manyata you like devgarh i mean jaigarh a great place probably you could spend your summers there ,i mean i will take you around if you want
MANYATA:no this summer i will go to kolkata
UDAY:kolkata you mean your mom 's place but why?
MANYATA; i like the city i can stake my life to visit the city eventually after this treats i wanted to leave for kolkata but dad persuade me to keep a detective although i was not so comfortable but hey it is you so i can trust you
UDAY:that is great ok let me just go and grab another ice cream for you
MANYATA;no please do not leave me i am scared if
her eyes were swelled up again and he hated to see her he cupped her face and hugged her
UDAY:do not worry i will be there to help you
he went and ordered another ice cream within 15mins the ice cream was made and the counter girl even winked at him he was making all girls of devgarh love sick but he himself wa slove sick just for one girl his manyata but as he reached his car uncontroble tears fell from his eyes, manyata was no where to be found he kept on searching for her but she was lost or maybe kidnapped ,with a stone in his heart he managed to tell it to bridgraaj .doctor grew furious on him and the frist thing bridgraaj said was
BRIDGRAAJ:thank you so much sir but from now i can look after my daughter
uday had no option but to return to his hotel suite he kept cursing himself ,akash proved to be of no help at all,police were allerted he was no more allowed in the case after week and half he finally got the news that manyata was back ,she had managed to run away but she was uncouncious so she do not remember anything ,and her dad was taking her to kolkata ,after announcing the news akash folded his arm as uday was smoking a glint of joy appeared in his face
UDAY:akash we are going to kolkata
AKASH;but uday i thought the case over
UDAY:you are right the case over but an adventure begins
AKASH:i do not get you
UDAY;ok here 's a riddle for you in a rich merchants home there is thieft police came investigation wa sdone and it was found out that 99 percent it is the servant as the father himself earns and the so there is no mother but just a son .only his family member and servant knew about his things so it is the servent but suprisingly after someday even the servant is murdered so aksh who is the murderer
