@All: I have some suggestion to make guys. Plz take it in good spirits. I've participated before in a whole I-F wide competition before, and though it seems easy, it can be tough if your team mates are a bum or do things last minute... so which ever team members you guys choose:
1. Plz make sure they are active ones and can easily be contacted and replied back to... and you don't have to wait days for them to get back to you. Whichever team members you take, should be the reliable ones...
2. There should be a system of checks and balances too... by this I mean that people need to give feedback of what they are doing, or what they have accomplished already to other team members so everyone's on the same page and know that people are doing some work and not doing things just at the last moment. People need to give details of which forum they visited, what they did etc.
3. Every team member should get equal burden of topics to search for. So no quarrels, no fights. We should also have like a monitor or a team leader who acts like a
supervisor/ the go to person/ Help Desk if any member encounters any problem while completing the task.
4. Since there are an allowance of unlimited members it might be very hard for the team leader to keep tabs on each and every one of them properly so team members could also use
buddy system. Then one of the buddies could inform the team leader of the progress they are making or if any problems they are facing.
For example 2 or 3 members combine and decide that okay I'll takes posts from pages 1-8, 2nd member could take from 9-16... and with buddy system if one member is unable to complete the entire designated number of pages due to any urgency or busy schedule than the
back up buddy partner of that member can take over. Only rule should be that this shouldn't be dumped last minute on the buddy partner but should be informed in advance that I'm unable to meet my demands due to XXX purpose and plzz do the remaining left over work.
