well really admire ur analysis today, about the whole Komal Manyata scene. i really like the part that M should accept UV the way he is, however i cannot say the same about Komal and BR ..i really don't know how that women handles all this because personally UV's flaws are there but are so easily overshadowed by his undying unconditional love for Manyata..however in BR's case, his and Komal's relationship is not really a relationship, its like a bitter compromise that Komal is doing for her family. At first I was even a bit disappointed that she would probably let the whole Maya thing go and still accept her husband but then i also realize that as a royal how much more complicated their lives are. They really can't ever think only about themselves or make any decisions without analyzing the impact it will have on their family and their reputation. I guess I'm glad that Manyata dear is also starting to learn this lesson 😊

The Manyata-GR scene was like a catalyst to ManVeer and I honestly loved the product of this reaction! 😆 However I also feel a little sad as to what extent Manayta has ruined her relationship with others..First Uday, then Unnati now GR doesn't even pretend to like Manyata..oh man I wonder how long its gonna take for her to win them back

GR's mini poem to Manyata was also interesting although it may even be a bit hypocritical of him to say all that. All in DEK are flawed. The only difference is that many of them including GR know how to keep it hidden under all that royalty schmoyalty while Manyata is just full our arrogant, childish and stupid all the time! 😆 I actually don't know which case is better!

Coming to the Aryan scene 🤢 uggh..i just fast forward his stuff! and agreed him saying sweet heart and baby doesn't make him seem cool, it just annoys the hell out of me too 😡 ..well i have long stopped trying to make predictions about him, honestly it's just like all other shows in this aspect, dude falls off cliff, loses memory and then a month of drama or so before he regains it back..hopefully by the time that happens ManVeer will be married off 😃... in fact it might even be highly satisfying when this Aryan dude rejects Manyata. HA! A dose of her own medicine! 😃

Coming to the last scene of the epi!! Oh man UV just looked too hot plus he was wearing BLACK!! LOL I'm crazy about his black shirts. 😳

So Manyata is finally giving in..actually i don't want to say she's giving in, i think its this step thats gonna change her life forever in so many ways and in the end she's gonna come out happier than ever! Oh man I am so excited for her, and i really can't wait for her to realize that this has got to be like the best decision of her entire life! 😳

I also can't wait for tomorrow!!! Hopefully, the CVs do an amazing job and we get to see a BEAUTIFUL and much awaited proposal! 😃😳

M/UV in her Room-

*sigh* I wish a hot guy would be hanging out in my room getting ready...but that's neither here nor their. It was funny watching M walk into her room all angry and pissed off and of course as always cursing UV's existence, and she doesn't even notice him. I like to think because she is so used to UVs presence in her life she didn't even realize that he was literally hanging out and standing RIGHT in front of her. UVs words were completely spot on, it really was like watching a preview of their life together, him getting ready in the mornings to leave for work, M likely cursing him from bed because she's irritated by something he did, I just thought it was hilarious. OOO and I have to agree with you I was on the edge of my seat when he kept getting closer and closer to her and then he grabbed his shirt and pretty much turned away- I swear my heart was racing and beating in my chest, and the tension between the two of them was palpable!

Confession- I totally thought this was hotter then the dream sequence kiss, it just felt more intense! And of course M not wanting to acknowledge that she is actually completely and totally attracted to him, whether she wants to be or not and basically running out of her own room to get away from the sexual tension- HILARIOUS.

Once again UV is nothing but honest to M about his dad and him helping Brij out of this situation and of course M once again has blinders on claiming that she is trying to turn her against her father. M can be such a lunatic sometimes , she runs around shouting that the Chawl people are her people that they are her family, but the second someone tries to show her the truth of her own family, AKA Unnati straight up telling her that UV wouldn't have done anything without DS' consent when the whole Akash fiasco initially came to light, M just assumes they are trying to turn her against her family...I swear this girl makes me want to SCREAM in frustration. Whatevs I digress.

The absolute best moment of this scene for me, besides UV trying to really show M what her dad is really like, is the moment that UV tells her to come out of her world and join him in his and M very stubbornly pushes past him saying not yet. I liked this specifically because UV basically points out that M has been living in her own dream world where she doesn't need anyone or anything, and UV has been standing in front of her trying to get her to acknowledge that she needs help but more importantly she needs him. What I like was that she said Not YET, to me that implies that she's not ready yet...but she will be and probably before we are even ready to see it.

Oh right...there are other people on this show besides M and UV...Totally forgot oh well this scene was useless on Friday, its still useless today.

M/JN

Thank you goodness M for actually calling JN out on her complete BS- I agree with your point that it was fun to watch M be harsh with JN and tell her that if her plan backfires that she should just live in her car- I would like to point out that JN looked a little hurt by this but then I was reminded didn't JN threaten to kick M out of the house if she won the Yuvrani competition? I also wanted to say JN leaving with her parting words being that her plan will certainly work this time??? Umm JN? Darling, what plan? Sweetheart you don't HAVE a plan, currently you are hopping in a car to go meet Jaggat to potentially devise a plan, but you don't actually HAVE a plan...if I was M I would be worried to as it is beginning to appear JN doesn't have 2 brain cells to rub together, let alone anything else. Seriously she gives pretty girls a bad name...she definitely makes it seem like you can either be beauty or brains...

A and his phone call to Tara

This whole scene made me want to vomit, ok hair people please please please stop doing A's hair like this! Its like a bad version of Ryan Cabrera's hair from the early 2000s! It didn't look good on him, and it certainly doesn't look good now! Oh right important things were occurring of A blowing off "love of his life" Tara to wait for JN to show up, sorry I was just super distracted by the really bad hair. Yeah Aryan is Akash, no way he isn't, now whether or not he actually has a plan or not I think remains to be seen...because really if he's teaming up with JN the odds are not exactly in his favor, after all JNs plans don't actually work...If A really wants to be a BAMF then he should probably be getting a slightly better partner in crime because JN? Kinda useless.

I probably shouldn't but I LOVE Grij! I do! The man is like a political savant, he has so much information stored away in his mind I would NEVER want to piss him off! I think for sure Grij has told UV about Maya and I think UV is hesitant about revealing the whole of the Maya situation to M...and I don't think he even knows everything about Maya. Grij was friggin brilliant after seeing M getting Brij to exacerbate the situation by saying that for M nothing matters more then her stubborness, I actually would have said it was really M's pride, but hey Grij, I will take it!

Grij and M

Ok now I know that Grij is kinda evil...but I think he does truly love his children and that he will do anything for their happiness. He knows how UV feels about M, and Grij wants to be able to control Jaigardh and Devgadh so I think for him he is thinking he kill two birds with one stone... I also think that Grij has never wanted M for UV, I think he preferred JN for UV because he knew that UV would never love JN and therefore he wouldn't have to worry about JN's influence on UV, I think he is worried about M's influence on UV...but at this point he's cutting his losses because he knows that JN isn't about to be in control of anything so he's going to do what he needs to do to try to control M, even if it means blackmailing his son's future wife. Well done Grij, I would not want to cross you ever- much like I would never want to cross UV

M-Komal

I loved this scene, It was beautifully done and incredibly emotional- probably one of my favorite moments in all of DEK history. You have M on the one hand being like SUPER emotional because she doesn't know what to do about everything she has found out about her father, and then you have Komal who is just sound and wise and everything that a Maharani should be. Komal makes it clear that no matter what she will be their for Brij and be there for her family, I think she actually might have finally drilled some sense into M that when it comes to family there is sacrifice involved, and that you do what you need to do to save family...that should firmly place M in UVs arms. Even if JN/Jagat/andAryan somehow manage to get the Mahal back, Grij has 20 years of secrets on Brij that he will not hesitate to reveal to everyone, at the end of the day M really is trapped and needs to really see UV is her future, whether she likes it or not. I would prefer if she accepted him because he's truly the best match for her, but hell at this point I will take what I can get.

UV/M and DS's office

M coming in and UV sitting there and her saying she wants to talk to him. To me it really looked like M had truly steeled herself for what she was about to do- besides that fact though, I loved how UV just looked like he was at home, granted he looked smoking hot in that black shirt and those jeans but beyond that he just looked comfortable...even though we only saw it for a couple seconds it just made me shiver because UV just looked powerful...ooo he gives me chills!!!!

I actually don't think JN sees Aryan/Akash when she turns around and says you in that super annoyed tone...I am pretty sure if and when she sees Aryan/Akash its going to be more shock then annoyed...so here is the real question, who do you think is actually there that she sees?? itd be funny if it was someone random like VB! Doubtful but it would be funny!

I agree I could care less about JN in Aryan's home, I just want to finish out seeing the Manveer scene tomorrow to see what exactly M is about to say!!!!!

Agreed his dialogues were pure golden and agree Shal that was the reason why she was snooping on her dad, what he said stuck in her mind indeed. You know what Shal I forgot to mention it in my analysis because I was just mind blown by all the stuff this episode was throwing at us. Agree GIri even though selfish did come out with truths she needed to hear. Yup Giri does love UV, but I thought what he meant about buying that house for his son was because of his son's future as ruler of Devgadh and Jaigadh, but yea i could see it in your pov of how GR did it for UV out of love, but I am going to hold out on GR. BUt agreed it was significant that he said UV's love.

Komal-M: Agreed that talk was really needed. I think Komal likes UV, she thought he was great at first, then terrible, than okay with him, because if she thinks BR is okay , then I think UV should be like dream man LOL. But I think she referred to UV in an indirect manner with her talking about her relationship with BR and saying that m should take her decisions out of love and not hatred. But yes I would like to know what K has to say a bout UV. No I think she has a different opinion I think she us to think that UV was like BR but now I think she loves UV because like you said she has seen how much UV cares for M by how much he does for her. LOl yes they can be confused looking, but I think she has changed her mind on UV. Because she can either bond with him on this affair deal or she can accept him and take a step towards UV by proposing. Well like you said if she proposed to him, she would do so out of the love of her family rather than love for him. As for M spilling wine on UV well I think still that she might do that but not on purpose but in a comical manner where you know how she got caught up in UV today well maybe she got caught when he comes closer and freaks out and spills a drink on him LOL. But Shal I really hope she does propose LOL. Sigh. Yes she could always hide behind her I am donig this for family UV not for you, but oh well I guess we shall wait and watch to see what happens. Either way, it's a step towards UV when she wants to talk to him in such a normal calm manner.

So so much going on in the epi that it is very difficult to put everything down. Half the things I felt I totally forgot to write coz M is not the only one Uv has that kinda effect on! Sigh!!! Seriously, the dialogue writers of this show, especially theone who is writing UV dialogues is brilliant. Everything is to the point, precise, calculated and right on target. And it keeps you guessing and intrigued as to what exactly he meant.

I truly hope that it was A he meant. Because there right for a split second I just didn't think he was talking about BR. And I think that he does know about maya, because GR doesn't hide any of his plans with him. But I don't think he knows about GR threatening M behind his back. He just wouldn't allow that. He is too, too protective of M. Plus isn't it kind of nice that he knows all this about the devgarh family, and he knows that M doesn't and is living in her own dream world, but he is trying to extend hr dream world as much as he can. He could have come right out and proven to M the truth about her family, shoved it in her face with all the weapons that he has, it would be childs play for someone like uv, and he could gain her sympathy and trust too that way, but he doesnt! instead he chooses to keep her in the dark and allow her to blame him because he feels that her blaming him would be easier and less torture for her than her blaming her family.

Yup, I too thought for a split second that giri was talking about buying the house for securing the future of his son, but then I don't think that giri knew that the house was up for grabs, because it was uv who saw j trying to cheat m and that means he must have been the one to point to his dad that he wants to buy the house. He must have given his reasons as political, but he is saying the truth to m that they were more emotional. I thinks GR knows that. It must be chores of rupees na.. GR just wouldn't invest so much unless UV was behind this.

I would love for some komal UV bonding. UV always wanted a mom and komal could be that for him, and UV can instead be komals support, kinda like how he was always ds support.

I get your and fias point, it could very well be jagad. But then I am a little confused. I mean, is j mad??? She freaking came to meet jagad only na... Meanwhile UV comes home all disappointed thinking that there is no way in hell that M would accept him now, and then surprise surprise it's M asking for UV hand. OH GoD, maybe I should just go ahead and write a fanfic, the chances of that happening are so so minimal! And yet, my DEK brain can't help but hope... sIGH!

HA, only 7 more hours for DEK... I am studying now... But barely. We totally have crossed the lines... UV UV u will be my downfall someday! Sigh!!
