I'm lateee 😔
I was going to reply to your post last night, but since I'm not feeling well, my Mother wasn't letting me go anywhere near the laptop. She's off to work now and I could finally get my hands on it 😈
Awesome analysis sister. With a great deal of positivity. I was so shocked to see some posts on the forum. I don't know why people are losing hope in the show now. When we're finally getting what we want. And that's ManVeer. I know we're not getting it the way we had expected, and the current track is a little twisted, but who said there wouldn't be a few bumps along the road? The worst is over. Now only good things will happen between them.
Oh and I wanted to add. Isn't it amazing how even though Akash has been missing from the show for 2 whole months. the entire story is still pretty much about him and is centered around him. Lol.
Before starting, I wanted to say I'm just confused as to why exactly was there a sword fight scene in the episode 😕 . I mean, nothing really happened rather than Manyata trying to slaughter Uday in public 😆
I'll stick to my "Maybe she wanted to humiliate him before sending him to jail" thought. Because otherwise, I see no point at all of that sword fight scene. Manyata could have easily called her guards before that, the way she did later. And I was right, zero romance and zero passion in the sword fight. SA can never fully grant the fans their wishes 😉 . Lol. What I fail to understand is that why do the CVs keep on wasting scenes that could turn out to be utterly romantic and useful for the ManVeer track. They do that everytime!
Coming to the episode:
ManVeer Sword Fight Scene
I've already mentioned above why I feel there was no point in this scene when Manyata could've easily gotten Uday arrested beforehand. Anyway, this scene showed pure rage and hatred from Manyata's side, and amazement and love from Uday's side. Uday sure was amazed and surprised at his Princess's antics. Everyone was actually. Lol. When Manyata managed to disarm Uday and started attacking him, there was just one thought playing in my mind that they are both different, yet so similar. Uday, though it was not deliberate, killed Akash because of his love, and Manyata was clearly ready to kill Uday for her love today. So you see, I won't really blame Uday for what he did to Akash now because Manyata in this episode was at Uday's place and she did exactly the same, and that too intentionally. I guess it just depends on a certain situation and how a person would react to it. Given the right situation, a person's good and bad sides come out. Same happened here. And I really wanted Manyata to handle this situtation maturely, not in her Moniya style. Okay so while the scene was still going on, I was like "Seriously Uday, larki se maar khaogay?" 😆 . It's better the truth is finally out. The bad parts are over, what could possibly happen now that would be worse than this?? From now on, Uday and Manyata's relationship will only grow.
Jail Scene
First off, what the hell was Phillip doing there? 😕 . Doesn't he have anything better to do rather than following the Royals around like a lost puppy?? Okay so what really surprised me was that the Police arrested a Prince on a mere accusation and without being provided with any solid evidence against him. Whether the complaint was from a Yuvraani, Police always investigates first rather than arresting. And Uday too happened to be Jaigarh's Yuvraaj so it all seemed pretty weird to me that he was put behind bars just on a mere accusation. I loved Uday in this scene. I loved how he was so calm and composed the entire time and didn't lose his temper. Now we all must remember how Mr.Verma used to react everytime the Police or the Royal guards cam near him. He literally used to start jumping up and down like a Kangaroo yelling "Moniya Moniya" . Whereas our Prince quietly went with the Police without creating any fuss, didn't lose his cool and handled the situation with immense poise. THAT is the difference between the 2 characters and why I and majority of the others prefer Uday over Akash. Unnati was so worried for her Dada. Would hate to see disappointment in her eyes for her brother when she learns the truth. The enitre GR-BR scene was a waste of time. It happens almost everyday between them now. Lol. Won't comment on them because both the Dad's just piss me off now. I feel the reason why Uday said that he didn't do anything wrong and seemed really confident would be because of the fact that he knows what he did was not intentional, so maybe he thinks he's not entirely wrong. Or the second reason could be that there's much more to the story than meets the eye. Who knows, maybe what's being shown, at what exactly happened is entirely different. Only time will tell.
Mumbai Palace
So the Yuvraani was sad, not at the loss of her supposed love Akash, but at the loss of her friend Uday. Wow Manyata, why exactly is that? 😉
Is it just me or was it weird that Manyata didn't even shed a single tear for Akash's death or even asked the Police to search for his body or something? 😕 . She was the least bit sad for him. She just sent Uday to jail and that's it, case closed? He was her true love right? No matter how strong you are, and whether or not you're a Royal, when you lose your loved ones, you would obviously be really sad. Because these are human emotions that exist in everyone. But Manyata didn't seem to show any such emotions for Akash. Instead, all she could think about was Uday's betrayal. Does that mean she's already in love with Uday that the pain he gave her is more prominent on her right now that she's unable to notice the love? Or she didn't really love Akash and it was just an infatuation or something?
DS-Manyata Scene
The only question running in my mind during the entire scene was "What's cooking in that wicked head of DS?" . I don't believe that DS would so easily change sides and leave Uday because Uday is more dear to her than her own grandchildren. Their bond is unbreakable. Uday comes before her own son. He is in on every plan of hers. And let's not forget that DS knows exactly what happened between Uday and Akash. Maybe she knows more than that. She is the Rajmata afterall. So I don't think she actually thinks of Uday as the culprit, because if she did, she never would have protected him in the first place and helped get rid of Jay's MMS clip. When Manyata called the Police to arrest DS, at that time she was disappointed in her actions. And now when she did the same to Uday, she's supporting her and saying that you did what a true Maharani would do 😲 . You have got to be kidding me. DS's genius brain is definitely up to something. I think it's again all a part of her plan to make sure Manyata takes her responsibilities as a Yuvraani seriously and does not keep them limited to Akash only. And during this process, maybe even make Manyata realize her true feelings towards Uday. Who knows, maybe DS is going to play the cupid between them this time 😊
VB-JN-Komal-BR-Manyata Scene
Vijay is turning out to be the perfect brother for Manyata. Okay what exactly does JN want?? She herself spilled the beans about the entire Akash fiasco and was hell bent on exposing UV so why is she all of a sudden upset with the fact that Uday is in jail? I think JN is the one suffering from partial amnesia. Coming to drunk BR, even though I loved that entire scene, it got really annoying and too dragged by the end, but, it proved to be a slap of reality for Manyata. I think she really needed that reality check because even after becoming Yuvraani, all she was thinking was of Akash. No one else. Not even her family. BR was right when he said that Manyata never bothers to ask any elder before doing anything. Such an act seems to be disrespectful towards the elders. Manyata should have discussed this with someone from her family first atleast because her actions severely damaged Jaigarh and Devgarh's relationship and their bond of friendship. She seems to always create a distance between the two families and the reason is always the same. Akash. She should keep in mind that their are much more important things to hold on to in life other than boys. Well hopefully, atleast now she'll actually do what her family wants and prove to be a great Yuvraani. You're right Shama, Manyata needs to balance her mind and heart in order to become a good ruler in the future. Because the decisions taken from the heart are not necessarily always right. I liked JN's concern for her father. Why can't she be like that everyday?
Manyata-VB Scene
I liked this scene, except for the part where a certain news channel kept on calling Uday a murderer and used harsh words for him. He being a Royal, this news was bound to come out. But I don't want people to think bad of him. Poor guy. Let's just hope he's able to fix things in the future and clear his name. VB's dialogue did seem like forsehadowing. Manyata would in true meaning become a People's Princess now and she would respect and obey her family too.
Precap
Amazing how our dear Yuvraaj manages to look so sexy even behind bars 😍 . Hahaha. Okay enough of my drooling, It was sad to see him that way, but I just hope all this doesn't make Uday do something wrong. As much as I want him to get his swagger back and become the badass, clever, smart and a bit flirty (that side of him is always so much fun to watch) Prince that he was, I would not want him to hurt Manyata or anyone else in a way that can't be fixed. Honestly, I'm sick of his love-sick mode, I want the old Yuvraaj back. JN will always be JN. Still plotting against her sister. I am so sure Manyata will not spare her this time. JN, you are so screwed.
TB Article
Oh God WHY???? Why did I have to come across this article and why did I open it 😭 . Did I tell you how I absolutely hate reading spoilers because they ruin the fun and surprise of the episode. Uday bringing shagun for Manyata?? Omg omg omg *hyperventilating* . Damn it. I shouldn't have read it. But you know what they say, "curiosity kills the cat" . This is going to be SO interesting, I bet during that scene, Uday's official smirk would be playing across that gorgeous face of his, just to tease Manyata. I melt in my seat every time he does that. And I'm even more sure that Manyata's expressions during that scene would be priceless. Lol. She did not even fully process one shock yet, and the second one is on it's way. Poor girl. So does that mean that marriage is on the cards?? Oh I hope sooo. It would be interesting. If not marriage then atleast their engagement should happen in the future. I'm so excited for this track to begin. About Akash coming back, well he had to eventually. Atleast this way Uday would be proved innocent and the real culprit would come out of the shadows (that is if at all the CVs remember the promo where BR is shooting Akash) . And when Mr. Verma comes back, I would seriously want Manyata to go up to him and ask "Where the hell have you been if you were alive the whole freaking time" . That guy would seriously need to give some answers. Making the world believe you're dead and making your parents suffer your loss. What kind of a guy does that? Who knows, maybe Akash's parents knew he was alive all along. They were pretty greedy and immediately accepted Manyata when they found out she was a Princess. So maybe Akash's mother was just putting up an act infront of her. Maybe, maybe not. We'll have to wait and watch for the story to unfold.
I personally do not believe that the characters are being butchered. The characters of DEK are by far the best and the most interesting characters created in the history of Indian Television. They're unpredictable, and very very real. Even I am not liking the sudden hatred everyone seems to have for Uday. But what can we expect, he's currently a murderer in their eyes and it would take a lot of time to mend these relations now. The story seems to be headed in an interesting direction. The only part I didn't like was Manyata handling Uday's situation in her Moniya style. I really want her to show some actual improvement as a Princess, which I believe is on it's way, after VB's brotherly advice to her. And hopefully ManVeer's love story is on it's way too now. Fingers crossed for that.
All I'm going to hope for is that this shagun business proves to be a stepping stone to their relationship. I'm seriously dying to see an awesome intense ManVeer scene. Those have been missing for too long now.
For all those who are upset with the current twists and turns in the show, I'd just say that PLEASE don't lose hope in the show, now of all times. I have always had faith in ManVeer and I keep on telling people to relax because all this is just paving way for their love story to begin. ManVeer has officially begun so guys please don't lose hope. Maybe the way their track is starting seems a little twisted, but whatever, atleast we're all finally getting what we've always wanted. And that's ManVeer. Just remember "There's a thin line between hate and love" and Manyata is already on the edge. So please be patient and enjoy this ride 😊
I was so upset after seeing the Chaska Meter Ranking. How the hell did we end up on number 11?? IF rankings are majorly screwed. I hope the TRPs are stable this week. Don't want them to fall. Otherwise who knows, maybe after Akash's return, the CVs again start experimenting with MonAsh as the lead couple to see if now it manages to give a rise in the TRPs. So don't want that to happen. ManVeer all the way!
P.S: Priyal Gor looked drop-dead-gorgeous in that blue dress ❤️
Keep up the positivity and optimism Shama. It is much needed in the forum right now!!
