Loved both chapter dear. U wrote kite flying epi beautifully. But this 2nd chapter was d best. Mere hero ne manyata ko bachaya and tumne akash ko lnavala bhi bhejdiya.:-D

Jai Nandini and Vijay Bhai went to Jaighar with them. They had a nice time near the camp fire in the evening. Vijay Bhai's antics had everyone laughing. Manyata was lost in her thoughts. Unnati nudged her.

"Kya hua Manyata?," she inquired.

Manyata shook her head.

"Kuch nahin Unnati. I was just lost in thought for a bit," she replied.

Udayveer looked with interest at his fianc . He knew she was probably in a dilemna now. He had shown more than care towards her the day before when he had kissed her forehead and pledged to protect her. She was probably thinking how to reveal her changing feelings to her manju.

It was very late at night. Everyone retired into their tents. In the morning they would return to the palace and freshen up.

Manyata was standing near a tree when she felt someone come up behind her. Before she could react the person had covered her mouth and a strange scent made her blackout.

Jai Nandini and Vijay Bhai decided to follow Manyata and catch her red handed trying to talk to Akash.

They went down the way they had last seen her.

" Where did she go Vijay Bhai? We have been walking two kilometers now," J Nandini stated.

Vijay turned around to see a van approaching them.

"Look there is a van. Let's take a lift from them," he exclaimed.

" Vijay Bhai we don't know who it is. What If they try to get us for ransom?," Jai Nandini stated.

Suddenly the van screeched to a halt.

Two men emerged from it and lunged at them. Vijay Bhai screamed like a girl. Jai Nandini fought them with her nails and yelped when one broke.

"Let us go fools. You don't know who we are!," she snapped.

The men paid no heed and threw them in the back of the van. The twosome landed on their knees. Jai Nandini gasped looking at the other victim in the van.

"Manyata Jiji!"

"Kya?," Vijay exclaimed.

He peered over Jai Nandini's shoulder and was surprised to see Manyata's unconscious form there.

"Is she dead?," he exclaimed.

"Shut up you two! We will take good care of all three of you!," one man declared.

Meanwhile Unnati awakened when she realized Manyata had not returned to the tent. She lurched awake and began searching for the others. She only found her brother.

"Dada mujhe lagta hai ki Manyata phirse se..," she trailed off.

" Unnati are you sure?," he inquired.

" Yes Dada. Manyata, Jai Nandini aur Vijay Bhai ghyab hain," she stated.

Udayveer turned grave. What was it that his darling hone wali biwi kept getting herself into trouble these days?

A search party was arranged and Udayveer and Unnati searched for clues around the campsite. Udayveer bent down noticing something on the ground. Unnati held the flashlight so he could see better.

" This was Mom's braclet. Did you give it to Manyata?," Unnati inquired.

Udayveer nodded.

She had looked gorgeous with her hair down and she was wearing a baby blue salwaar kameez. She looked like an angel to him. He took her wrist. She gazed at him puzzled. He snapped something on her wrist. It was a sliver bracelet his mother had left before her death. She had written a note saying the day you find your rajkumari, place this on her wrist as my blessings.

"Yeh toh bauth sundar hai," she whispered.

Udayveer turned solemn.

"Meri Ma ka ashiwad hai," he replied.

She looked at him beyond floored.

"She didn't go on her own Unnati. She has been taken," he whispered.

Unnati placed an assuring hand on his shoulder.

"We'll get her back for good this time Dada," she said.

Udayveer nodded and they continued on their search.

Manyata regained her senses. She found herself laying in some forlorn place. Jai Nandini and Vijay Bhai were nearby tied up and gagged. They began to make noises at her. She frowned and removed their gags.

" Gosh couldn't understand you before. Now how did you both end up here?," she inquired.

" We were looking for you. We should have stayed at the campsite Jai Bhai," Vijay stammered.

" Yes Vijay Bhai it was a stupid idea to look for Manyata Jiji. She landed in trouble and we ended up falling with her," she hissed.

Manyata frowned at them.

"Oh hello! I was kidnapped. You both took a risk on your own. I didn't give you any ideas," she exclaimed.

"Hello Monia," someone said.

Manyata turned to face Guddu Bhai.

"Tum phirse?," she exclaimed.

Jai Nandini and Vijay Bhai exchanged looks.

" You met this goon before?," Jai Nandini inquired.

" Yes this is the guy who kidnapped me and my friends a few days ago,"Manyata stated.

"To humhi ho Rajkumari Manyata," he stated.

Manyata glared at him.

"Tumse kya. Main Monia hoon," she stated firmly.

Jai Nandni caught on and supported her. She just wanted to get out of here.

"Yes this is Monia. Manyata toh kabse ghoom shuda hain," she stated nudging Vijay Bhai who nodded his head.

" This time don't lie to me. I'll kill you all," he stated.

"Haha you don't remember the lesson from last time?,"Manyata exclaimed. She grabbed a stick and lunged at him. The other two men came at her and she got them in the ribs and stomach.

She went over and untied Jai Nandini and Vijay Bhai.

They started to run out. One of the men grabbed Jai Nandini's leg. She screamed. Manyata pounded him on the head.

Jai Nandni and Vijay Bhai escaped. They ran madly for sometime before stopping on next main road.

They sighed and tried to catch their breaths.

Vijay Bhai noticed a royal car coming in their direction.

"Look Jai Bhai, there is a car from Jaighar," he said.

" You better be right this time," Jai Nandini stated.

Another car followed the first time. The twosome were relieved that help had arrived.

Udayveer and Unnati inquired about Manyata. They told them how they were held by the same people that had kidnapped Manyata and her friends a few days ago. Udayveer smiled slightly when they told him how Manyata had saved them and beat the men.

Unnati and security took Jai Nandini and Vijay back to the palace. Udayveer and a driver headed off to find Manyata.

Manyata was running away from Guddu Bhai. She looked back to see if he was behind her. Suddenly she bumped into something firm and soft.

Udayveer gathered her into his arms and pulled her aside. She wanted to scream and was ready to fight him. He held her by her shoulders. She looked up into his eyes.

"Manyata hum hain," he assured her.

She sighed with relief.

"Mujhe laga ki woh Guddu Bhai hai," she stammered.

" Can you recognize him if he's in front of you?," he inquired.

She nodded.

"Then I swear I will make sure he is finished," he declared.

She learned from Unnati later on that they had been tracking them the whole night. Everyone freshened up and settled in their rooms to get rest before returning to Mumbai.

Manyata had described the men to a sketch artist. Udayveer had his men pass on the drawing to police in Mumbai and Jaighar.

He went to see her in her room.

"Manyata how are you feeling now?," he inquired.

"Main theek hoon," she whispered.

He took out the braclet from his pocket.

"Here is something you lost," he said as he fastened it back on her wrist.

To her it symbolized something more than just a gift. He was indirectly telling her he would always be loyal to her no matter where life took them.
