Actually its all her friends to be blamed, they forced upon the idea of love into her mind. But then, can't also deny that Akash has been so good to her, obviously, it is but natural for her to like him.Remember how she always complains to her baba that this world is so cruel and noone cares about her, how she is nothing for everyone else?Akash has shown her so much care and showered her with kindness that she cannot help but 'think' that she is in love! Hope she realizes that it is only fondness she has for Akash, not love.

I agree they got her into thinking it's love love. Akash has been very nice to her showered her with so much care and affection that she has developed a liking for him. However what she doesn't realize is it's not love but an attachment fondness she has developed for him. It will take her time to accept this.
