Doubt it. It's been blocked due to copyright issues. You'd have to re-upload it. Pitch audio to prevent from audio blocking and mirror the video 😕 I have seen editors do these two things to prevent their videos from being blocked or their channels to have a strike.
Or, upload the video and keep it unlisted.
