Yes CBI director vijay shankar has said on camera that case is closed and these are the actual killers.

I am 100% confident now that the CBI will come up with planted evidences in the case, they can do it, they have done it before.

whether on the basis of that the actual conviction takes place or not they care a damn about it anyway.

one of these 3 will be made an approver agnst the other 2, he will go scot free, the other 2 will get life imprisonment or be hanged to death, this can also happen. if this happens CBI need not even produce a shred of any other evidence.

and noone will ever know the whole truth, after some days media and everyone will forget about the whole thing.

Rajesh stays indoors, plans to visit Shirdi

Released after 50 days in jail for allegedly killing his fourteen-year-old daughter Aarushi, the Noida dentist avoided the media on Sunday

Rajesh and Nupur Talwar visit a Sai Baba temple near their house after his release from prison.

Their friends Praful and Anita Durrani, who employ Rajkumar, another accused
New Delhi: A day after he was released, dentist Rajesh Talwar spent most of his time staying indoors, away from the media glare on Sunday.

After spending 50-days in jail as an accused for allegedly murdering his daughter Aarushi, Talwar had a stream of visitors and well-wishers on Sunday. Among the visitors were members of the Indian Medical Association.

A relative, on condition of anonymity, said, "He has suffered a lot. All those who are responsible for putting him through the ordeal should be severely punished." Another relative said the Talwars might go to Shirdi soon.

'Krishna was at home on May 15 night'

New Delhi: The CBI will have a tough time defending itself over the allegation against prime accused Krishna in the Noida double murder case as it has no corroborative or independent witness to establish his presence at the Talwar's residence on the fateful night of May 15. On the other hand, there are at least half a dozen witnesses, both independent and related to Krishna, who have come on record accounting for his activities from evening to well past midnight that day and the morning of May 16.

Witnesses have vouched for Dr Talwar's compounder, Krishna
According to CBI Joint Director Arun Kumar, on the night of May 15, Krishna — along with the Durranis' domestic help Rajkumar and a neighbour's driver Vijay Mandal — had gone to the Jalvayu Vihar house of the Talwars to kill Aarushi to take revenge for his humiliation at the hands of Dr Talwar on May 13. Krishna's brother Mohan denies that his brother even set foot outside his one-room accommodation in Sector 25 of Noida on the night of May 15. Mohan told Mumbai Mirror that Krishna had gone to the market of Sector 18 on the evening of May 15 with his nephew Jaideep, 10, and niece Sunita,22. They returned home at around 9 pm. Krishna went to sleep at around 10.30 pm. Jaideep and Sunita also slept in the same room, along with Krishna's brother-in-law Bhim Bahadur Thapa, who watched the IPL match late into the night.

According to Mohan, nobody could go out of the small room without disturbing the sleep of others. The CBI will have to discount the accounts of Thapa and Sunita to prove that Krishna had indeed left his room that night, and after killing Aarushi and Hemraj, came back to sleep in
it again.

Forced to become a witness: Rajkumar

"The CBI is torturing me and forcing me to become a witness," Rajkumar told his lawyer Sanjay Tyagi. Rajkumar is currently in judicial custody. On Friday, when Rajkumar's counsel met him for 10 minutes, he made serious allegations against the CBI. Tyagi submitted an application in court, following which the court has issued a notice to the CBI to counter the allegations. The CBI is likely to file a response to Tyagi's allegation on Monday. - Rajesh Ahuja and Ankit Tyagi

i feel the same..i dont think those 3 woud be the real killers..and even if its not Dr. Talwar..he and his wife still have something to do with the case..they do not seem so innocent..specially the way they acted the next morning of the murder and then finished the procedures so fast.😕

U know what rajkumar said that next afternoon he was called by the talwars and they asked him to wash the blood soaked clothes and bedsheet of arushi and also serve water to the guests.

but the talwars are mum about this, infact durranis say rajkumar never even went there the next day.

and vijay mandal on sat in court said that he does not drink at all and he has never gone to the talwars' home before. but 3 days after the murder the talwars called him to cook food for them and their guests. so with the permission of his employer he went and cooked food for them.

but nupur talwar denied knowing vijay mandal at all. 😕

i mean they may not be the murderers but i do think they are not telling the whole truth.

If only the UP police would have taken forensic evidence of the place on the first day, fingerprints, footprints, mattress, bedsheet, clothes etc.

i wish they would have searched the terrace as well, because u never know and not given in to the emotional pressure put by Dr talwar to go behind hemraj.

i wish they would also have sealed the whole damn place and not allowed her room to be cleaned, her bedsheets to be washed and a prayer meeting to be held in arushi's room.

i wish they would not have allowed the media and all and sundry to move around the flat at their own will.

and i do wish they would not have taken Dr talwar's word that hemraj is the killer and stop searching for any kind of evidence.

this would have definitely helped in bringing out the truth.

i really wish they would not give in to pressures from the top ( there are pressures everytime a case as sensational as this comes up) and held a press conference in a hurry and catch anyone and declare him guilty.

the CBI also has pressure from the top, that is why the press conference etc which yesterday kiran bedi said is not required at all. the CBI or for that matter anyone is not answerable to the media, they are only answerable to the court.

Let us grieve for Aarushi, family members tell media

The Talwar family on Monday made a fervent appeal to the media, asking it to give some time to Dr Rajesh Talwar to overcome the double tragedy of losing his daughter and then being sent to prison for the same.

Dr Talwar, 49, was released after 50 days as the Central Bureau of Investigation informed the court that it had not found any evidence against him. He has been indoors since he was released during the last weekend from Dasna jail.

The Talwar family came out with an appeal after the media continued to camp outside their make-shift residence at their in-laws' house, which was under 'virtual siege'.

"The family is yet to get an opportunity to grieve their only daughter since the last two months," the appeal said.

Members of the Talwar family said that they were yearning to return to their ordinary middle class life.

"Rajesh is going through a big emotional and mental turmoil as he had to suffer a double-whammy of losing his only daughter and then being jailed for the same tragedy. The only way he can come out of the terrible loss and incidents thereafter is by walking freely around the complex and by going to the temple -- which he used to do earlier with his daughter. But with cameras and mikes closely following his every move, he is unable to do so," family members told PTI.

The family was getting queries from certain media houses as to whether Rajesh had shaved his beard or had his dinner or whether he was crying, they said and added this was in clear violation of the basic fundamental laws of an individual.

"We wish to thank those channels which have responded positively to the family's appeal and we hope that others also follow the same. Give us time to grieve together with Rajesh and Nupur and share their sorrow," they said.

Talwars not to get back Fortis jobs

New Delhi:

Dr Rajesh Talwar

Even though the CBI has cleared Rajesh Talwar of all charges in the murder of his daughter Aarushi, there is no likelihood of him and his dentist wife and their family friend Anita Durani getting back onto the doctors' rolls at the Fortis Hospital in neighbouring Noida.

"They were not employed in the hospital. They were visiting doctors and there are no plans to bring them back," a hospital official said, requesting anonymity as he was not authorised to speak to the media on the subject.

Fortis had removed Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, as also Anita Durani, from its panel of doctors in the wake of Aarushi Talwar's killing on May 16. Rajesh Talwar was arrested on May 23 and the CBI cleared him on July 11, saying there was no evidence to link him to the crime.
The Talwars also had a private clinic at their residence in Noida, where dentists' Anita and her husband Praful Durani used to work.

Meanwhile, the Talwar family made a fervent appeal to the media asking it to give some time to Dr Rajesh Talw

First they lost their daughter. Then they lost their standing in society because of the false accusation and imprisonment. Now they have lost their jobs at Fortis. Soon they will loose all their patients in their private clinic. On top of all this I am sure their legal fees must have fried their nest egg. What next? And for what? And why?
Looks to me a civil case against the UP Police is begining to look like the only viable option. This is just terrible, and I hope no one faces such a total calamity ever.
