Souro chicken ko wash karke, uske 8 pieces kar do. Qwerty sil aur CB batte per RS adrak aur RTH garlic ko bareek pees kar, Souro chicken per laga do. Upar se swaad anusar Believe namak chhidak do aur ek ghantey ke liye fridge mein rakh do. Ek badey CKY pateeley mein kati, piti, pisi Gauri ko 6 tbsp Raj tel mein golden brown karo aur baahar nikal lo. Ussi Raj tel mein Souro chicken ke pieces daalo aur halka sa fry karo. Ek katori Dewey dahi mein ek tbsp Swar dhania, aur ek tsp Sareg mirch daal kar ke acchey se mix karo. Phir is mixture ko lightly sauted Souro chicken per daal do aur dheemi aanch per pakney do. Jab Souro chicken tender ho jaye to ussey acchey se bhoon lo aur aag per se utar do. Ab ek badey CKY pateeley mein khoob sara paani lo aur usmein ek potli mein saboot masala (rest of the DMers) baandh kar daal do. Anu_Rad brand rice is CKY pateeley mein 2/3rds soft honay tak pakao phir Rutu colander mein drain kar lo aur 3 parts mein divide karo. Ab same CKY pateeley mein bacha 1 tbsp Raj tel daalo aur ek Myth tez patta bhi. Ab is par ek part of Anu_Rad rice, ek layer of Souro chicken with masala, thodi si LH mint leaves, thodi si Maya coriander leaves aur thodi si golden brown Gauri onion daalo. Repeat the process and then add the third part of Anu-Rad rice. Now to give it some colour and aroma, pour some DB saffron on top. For the connoisseurs, add a handful of Tishmish kishmish.
