Close the door? Tell him to get off his lazy behind and close it himself? 😆 Ignore him and pretend you didn't hear? 😆 What would you do? 😉

😆 The lazy me would probably completely ignore him, give him an innocent smile and walk out of the shop 😛😆

If your boss/subordinate had a radically different political view from yourself, would you try to influence him/her to change their opinion? Would you privately think that they have no patriotism and to hell with them while not saying anything? Would you argue with them?
😳

With radically different opinions, you can never influence a person until you get into a conversation.. So - if he has his own points and logic clear, will look fwd to an interesting debate with my colleague 😊

I would mumble back something equally incoherant in my own make believe fake foreign language...like "mmph phaaahha blaha phah!" and say it with a lot of bang and gusto like I really meant it, and then just walk off cool as a cucumber into the dusk. 😎

Oh, and as soon as I hear him "get off his lazy behind" behind me, I'd run like crazy down the street just in case he decides he doesnt like the tone of my foreign language.

If this is my boss....are you kidding me?!...my paycheck depends on this man....I aint gonna change his radically different political opinions anytime soon...he can keep his opinions and I can keep my paycheck.

If this is my subordinate...are you kidding me?!... I control his paycheck and he believes what I tell him to believe. No radiacally different political opinions allowed for my subordinate.

😆
