To me, this whole CBI and SET thing seems to be prepared well in advance to use it when opportune...and again it's - basically - against SRK and Aryan (at least it's what I sensed from the very beginning in May)...and limelight-loving Mr. Wankhede again used by those 'behind'...

I guess they chose this time because Aryan has started his directorial work in May and Suhana (with her co-actors) will also be in the public eye when promoting the movie this month. In addition - with his tweet about the use of the new parlament-building for a democratic service to the country according to the constitution - SRK showed at Modi specifically his opinion.

Then there are some things better not looked at too attentively/too long ... better distract from things getting uncomfortable when questioned intensely...

Whoever 'they' are but since CBI 'got hindered' by the court the 2nd time to put their hands on Mr. Wankhede, the campaign for him has increased (now he has even a 'fan' who has built a personal relation to the officer, flooding Twitter with his tweets). The 'poor' officer becomes the epitome of a falsly accused and persecuted by seniors (who may have - *hint hint hint* - got payed by 'no-prizes-for-guessing-who').

And still 11 days until the next court hearing to give Wankhede the limelight he craves for...

I so hope that all his lies and wrong-doings will get exposed...but will they???

1 - Gyaneshwar Singh, the deputy director (NCB) from Delhi:

Wankhede had alleged in a petition that Singh had given him instruction during the cruize case and had also hinted that there had been foul play when the SET lead by Singh gave a clean chit to Aryan.

Singh has given an affidavit in response to that petition (which Wankhede has withdrew now)

not really an update, but something to report:

Actually, yesterday, the PIL of the activist should have been discussed in court, but the CBI was busy otherwise...they chose this day to interrogate d'Souza (seems for the first time since his arrest in May (12th, if I'm right). Until today we only read about two interrogations of Wankhede and this one (or did I miss something?)

Now, media announces that CBI will/may/intend to interrogate also SRK, Aryan and Pooja... when? ... "soon"

We'll see what the next court-hearing of Mr. Wankhede on Friday will give as result (if it happens at all). At least, Wankhede uses his time smartly, building more & more the image of a persecuted but honest officer - with intensifying the contact with his fan following (not yet a superstar, but a star nevertheless 😉)

“The report of the NCB, on the basis of which the CBI case is lodged, is fabricated and the CBI is blindly investigating. The petitioner is not supporting anyone but the CBI should add Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan and Pooja Dadlani as accused in the case,"

CBI: "“Everything and everyone is being investigated. CBI knows how to investigate,” (it depends on the goal, I think)

Now, the case has become a "bribery" case (not "extortion" anymore...).
