It's also because the laws are old and draconian and direct lifts from the pre-existing British laws of the Raj. They didn't even bother to write new laws because they are lazy and want to keep the same powers that the Brits had. These laws were designed from the start to be cruel to the actual citizens. There is no way any court should be having an excuse to keep someone in jail when they are not found in possession of drugs.

What happens is that corrupt officers can make up any charges and based on those fake charges, the judges don't even bother to use their brains, especially lower court judges who get intimidated by the big guys sent by the prosecution. For Aryan, they deliberately sent Amit Shah's personal lawyer even though the NCB has their own guy that works in all other cases.

Everything is set up from the beginning to harass the citizens as much as possible. And then you have a blind and brainless electorate who rubber stamps anything their favorite scumbag politicians say.

Wanker wanted to become famous and saw his best opportunity. The guy is as shady as they come and will make a perfect politician. That's what his aim has always been. Every time they come close to nabbing him, he files cases crying about discrimination against a Dalit.

He has two sets of papers - both Hindu and Muslim - and has been using both based on which one helps him more at a particular time. He turned into a Dalit to get a government job more easily.

Lately, he was sucking up to the RSS and has been trying to get elected through the BJP.

The only reason they must have gotten him now is that he wasn't sharing his extortion profits with them. When you fly too high, this is what happens.

Not really. He has been attending all those Jay Bhim events and sucking up hard to the RSS. There must be some internal issue and they're not getting what they want from him so now the CBI is framing charges. You can't trust either one of the sides here. Both of them are extremely corrupt. They could easily set him free 6 months later once they get what they want out of him.

Based on what has been circulating around for a long time, I'm willing to bet Wanker and his Hindenburg sister were involved in drug trafficking in the Mumbai/Goa area themselves and that's besides the celebrity extortion. When you are involved in stuff like this, there's no way you can do it alone - all the biggies on top are always involved and everyone wants their cuts.
